By far the best experience, it's only our 2nd visit to the store, very affordable, but most of all if you every get a chance stop by with Ms. Esha (cashier) best customer service my family and I have ever experienced! Beautiful attitude, very outgoing, great conversation! Ms . Esha is the reason why we will keep coming back to this store! Thank you Ms . Esha your personality is beyond comparison, thank you again

Not sure why people are shopping at places like Albertson's and Smith's when the prices are so much cheaper at WinCo. My guess is that people are all about their status and showing others that they can waste cash. Even using coupons at other grocery stores doesn't bring the price down to the original prices at WinCo. If everyone started shopping at WinCo, more locations would open up and other grocery stores would have no choice but to lower prices or close down. Outside of good prices, the cashiers are very friendly, and the store offers self-serve items such as spices, flour, sugar, candy, peanut butter, dried fruit, etc. The one downside is how the produce section is laid out compared to other grocery stores. The fruits and vegetables could be presented in a more appealing way.

I'd be lost without this store! Good prices and variety. I love their bakery, bulk section, deli, and produce department. They don't take credit cards, and you have to bag your own groceries, but it's a part of why their food prices are lower than other stores. They can be busy in the middle of the day, and only have a few cashiers at night, so early mornings are the best time to go.

I have a weird sleep schedule; I like WinCo because they are open 24 hours; however, I wish they accepted credit cards.

Always have a good customer service experience at this store. This one in particular on North Decatur is clean, everything is neat and tidy, the employees are helpful and nice and I always find what I need.
