Cherry made our shopping visit fabulous today! I never write reviews but she provided us such an exceptional customer service that I wanted to make sure it is recognized. She helped me pick a perfect gift for my sister in law. She answered all of my questions while giving us space when needed to look around and make a decision. Her knowledge and advice made this shopping trip fun and easy. We will definitely be back for future purchases all thanks to Cherry!

MUlling Spice is TERRIBLE ! DO NOT BUY IT ! BOUGHT AS A GIFT. They wouldn't take return.Won't shop there anymore. .

Terrible customer service. I had received mothers day gift with gift receipt . I called customer service and told them I wanted to get store credit and I realised it was 10 days over the time limit. The customer service person said that the local store would accommodate most likely.As I am a regular customer I went there hoping they would consider giving me store credit but they were rude.There was this older woman who was not nice . I told them that because of this I would never return here, in addition to all my friends who were regular customers but they did not care and said "ok".How pathetic a company who would lose their customers over such a small thing. They need to teach their employees to respect customers.Never again going to William Sonoma at Rampart or anywhere else!!

My favorite store for candles, room fresheners, and everything to do with brightening up your holidays! The staff is wonderful and friendly. Tiffany helped me wrap everything up at the register. She's as well as the staff are amazingly helpful! Bravo and happy holidays!

Stopped by last night to get a couple of peppermint barks (my absolute favorites). The store was pretty empty but there were 2 cashiers behind the counter. Surprisingly, I was not greeted upon entering the store. I browsed around the store for about 10 minutes and walked past a woman with long black hair who was coming out of the back storeroom with a box, she looked at me dismissively and continued speaking with the cashier. I guess her acknowledging my presence with a nod or smile was asking way too much. SMH. I picked up a jar of pumpkin butter and since it didn't have a price tag on it, I walked over to the cashier to ask. I said excuse me, but she was seriously intent on staring at the register, she apparently did not see me standing there. I waited a couple of minutes and said excuse me again, no response. At that point, I walked away and continued browsing. I wanted to ask about some chili bowls but decided not to as they seemed short staffed (there were only 3 salespeople that I did see - 1 in the back who never resurfaced and the 2 behind the counter).Eventually, I made my way to the checkout with my peppermint barks, burger truffle spread and the pumpkin butter. The woman with the short white hair was very nice during the checkout process so hence, the 2 stars.NOTE: I previously worked at Williams-Sonoma back in Hawaii for 3 years. We were told that every customer was to be greeted upon entry (although to be fair, we did have a designated greeter). We were also told to advise each customer to let us know if they needed any assistance. None of the above happened at this location.In reading the negative reviews posted on yelp, I can see that they are justified. WS, you need to remind your employees that the customers purchases pay their salaries so in essence customer service key. Hope someone in upper management is reading this. Probably won't be back to this location, unless I absolutely need something.

I've been to this Williams Sonoma several times and have experienced nothing but poor/bad service. Seems like they do profile people as other Yelpers have stated but more on that here in a bit. My wife and I came here with our adult son. I was in the market for a Jura coffee maker. As soon as we entered my wife and I were ignored but they did greet my son who came in shortly after us. My son is mixed but has very Caucasian features where I am Pacific Islander. Needless to say, I did not purchase anything based upon this interaction or lack thereof. We came a second time with my SIL. Similar situation. I was in the market for a specific piece of Le Creuset that was exclusive to Williams Sonoma. Same thing occurred and confirmed my suspicions about this store. Needless to say since I do not fit in this store's demographics, I will not be spending any money or patronizing this store at all.

The 2 times I've been here, I was not greeted upon entering. And both times the people after me were greeted. The first time I didn't think anything of it, but for it to happen a 2nd time, there's no coincidence. Maybe because I'm in my 30's and Asian. If that's not the case, that's how it made me feel by looking at the people that were greeted after me. Customer service is poor. It made me not want to buy anything and rather give my business elsewhere.

Love this store and it's historical presence as Chuck William's first location. It's got it's own unique energy with his house as part of the store. Staff is friendly and helpful. What they don't have they can order with waived shipping in most cases which is a plus. Delivery is most often very quick. Living in Sonoma it's great to support our local businesses and shop local. Bought an Instant Pot Pro and am having fun trying their selections of "starters" for quick tasty dishes and braising sauces. So many choices for quality cookware and utensils not to mention their infamous Xmas Peppermint Bark. It's a must stop if you're in Sonoma!
