“Sam's club has differed from its leading competitor in both quality of merchandise and what I'll call customer service overall. In the past few years, we have been impressed with the quality of merchandise offered. Everything from food, clothing, snacks, household items, and pharma seems to have been improved. The food court at Sam's now beats its competition, in my opinion. The early hours available to Plus members is a nice benefit as it allows shopping before the common folk arrives ?. The Scan-n-Go availability is excellent as I can keep track of what we're spending, discounts applied, and speed of checkout. I can also apply my Sam's Cash at checkout in the app. This is a game changer and why I still keep my Plus membership. I am also a Walmart+ member and wish the two programs would combine. If you're reading this and have both. Please shoot Walmart a note asking for this. If enough of us do this, who knows.”

And by helping me, I mean I called ahead to say on the way (they were close to closing), he was energetic and helped me look for the part. The store didn’t have my specific piece, but Jeremy still helped instruct me on how to fix the issue, and find out where the part could be found. He was absolutely excellent.”

“We had a flat tire and AAA couldn't get the tire off to put the spare on. After getting it towed to Sam's Club, Chris took the time to listen to us and found a way to get our tire repaired the same day even though they were super busy. His customer service skills are the best I've ever experienced at an auto shop. I felt listed to and respected as a female, which I haven't felt in many auto shops in Vegas. My husband was even there, but because I started discussing it with him first, he talked directly with me. We will be buying our next set of tires for our truck there soon. “This store is often very crowded and my poor service dog has a really hard time with disrespectful customers trying to run him over with their carts. On top of that, the carts are often in need of repairs which made today's experience really awful. I am just going to stick to delivery from now on.”
“Two things that set this place above all others for me:
1. Customer service (I rarely have issues with my purchases here, but when I do, guys handle it as champions! On my last visit Ryan and Alex have done everything they could to resolve my car tire situation.) Thank you guys.
2. People who shops here are cool and relaxed. There are no craziness and rush in shopping here at the club. And I've been to other places like some other brand of clubs in Summerlin, I have something to compare it with.
P.S. If they would have some beer kept in the fridge, this place would be Perfect!!!

“Sam's Club Pharmacy, their pharmacists and the staff are amazing! They all go above and beyond! If they don't have a medication in stock, they have never hesitated to help me find a pharmacy who does. I can rely on them for all my pharmaceutical needs. The staff are also very welcoming and personable. They remember us whenever we come to pick up our medications, and that makes us feel comfortable. We even get most of our vaccine needs here too. Love it here!”

However, a few things should be addressed to receive 5 Stars.-Rotisserie Chicken (not enough cooked 4 demand; they stop cooking them too early in the day for those shopping after 3 pm)-no separate line for those of us using scan & go option to leave quickly-cafe closes hours before store”

“I came to Sam's club the day before Christmas Eve which is also a Saturday however early morning (9-10am) it was super busy but not too crazy yet. The self check out was fastest. The food area wasn't open until 10am so I sadly didn't get a hot dog even I love them here! Then went in line for gas and normally I use the app however it didn't seem to want to connect this time so had to do it manually. Got our usual fresh orange juice, rotisserie chicken and some other items.”

“During my vacation in Las Vegas I visited many cigar lounges and shops. Cigar warehouse was by far the best location I have found. Not only is their staff knowledgeable but very friendly and welcoming to experienced and new cigar smokers. I would recommend everyone to visit Cigar Warehouse before going to any other location.”
