I soooo love this store. I just wish that we would have discovered it 2 weeks ago. My wife and I truly love their deli selection. We will definitely visit this location again in the future.

The juice bar takes 10-15 mins to take my order everytime I am here. They need more workers ,people that were waiting were complaining about pick up and ordering time as well. Other customers left the line as well that were waiting prior to me. Workers having personal side conversations. I hope this can be fixed because this is a regular occurrence and disappointing. Update: worker finally took order after 15+mins and customer service is horrible with bad attitude and looks mad. Please do better this is a reoccurring issue.

My review of Whole Foods stores in Las Vegas is directed at both the Henderson and Las Vegas Blvd. stores. While both stores deliver very healthy products, I like the fact that I don't have to read every food label on every product. The quality of their foods are top-notch. However, their five star rating drops down to two stars simply because of their terrible customer service. While I do realize Whole Foods is having an acute problem with store theft, this certainly does not mean each employee at the self-checkout area has the right to "pick and choose" those customers of whom they blindly suspect could be stealing. My wife and I, both in our seventies, who cause no trouble, DO NOT STEAL, and are cordial to staff, are for some reason(s) the Whole Foods photographic models for shoplifting. While we both do dress appropriately, I do, however, utilize the store's electric handicap cart because of being on oxygen therapy 24/7. Does this make me look poor and unable to afford Whole Foods prices? My wife and I both wear protective masks due to our age and medical conditions. Does this make Whole Foods employees believe we are inside their store and spreading viruses and germs? If so, they are wrong. We are not contagious. In fact, my wife and I have never had COVID and or the RSV virus. Additionally, wearing this protection when in the public has kept my wife and I from getting the flu for the past eight years. So, who poses the risk of infecting others in the store? My wife and I, or unmasked store employees? My card to pay my food bill has been accepted each and every time. Since some of your Whole Foods employees cannot conduct themselves properly, please train your employees to respect our rights of being free from harassment and discrimination while frequenting your stores.

I absolutely love Whole Foods! Like love it that I could eat it every day all day! Today, I was craving their vegan mac and cheese and made my way over to town square. I arrived a little early so they didn't have their hot meals out yet, so I've entered over to the sandwiches for a chicken buffalo sandwich on pretzel bread. This is my favorite sandwich. And I think it's reasonably priced at 10.99. I also wanted to try their pizza. It was self-serve, but I knew that the sandwich would fill me up so I passed. I also purchased some of the cookies. The price was kind of steep for the cookies. I picked up some blueberry granola. I started munching on the granola on the way home and it was absolutely amazing. It was definitely worth 5.50. The level of service is always good, friendly smiles from the time you walk in the door to the time you're ready to leave. And of course, the guy at the register wasn't too shabby.

Margherita was a delight. She waved us over to her register and was so kind to us making sure we found everything as this was our first visit to this location. She treated us like humans and not just another transaction. My Mom and I felt very at home. We will definitely return to this location. Thanks Margherita!
