Just FYI. This is Whole Foods. It's fine, but it's Whole Foods.

This location is treating the governors mandatory face mask mandate as a joke. All 4 cashiers are wearing a mask blow their nose. Both security guards (inside) are wearing a mask blow their nose. Half of the customers are not wearing masks at all even tho they were issued one at the door. They still allow puppy dogs inside - definitely not ADA service dogs! Whole Foods charges more and has an image of being a higher-quality grocery store. Therefore, they should hold themselves to a higher standard and enforce the regulations! If they cut this many corners for facemask, how many corners do they cut with food quality????

Tim H should be employee of the month. I don't know him but I simply wanted a veggie slice of pizza and kombucha and witnessed him being verbally assaulted by a customer worse then I've ever heard a human talk to another human. Once she demanded to talk to his manager and turn on the charm with the manager and ask for corporates number, I shook my head in disgust. She said: "sir, are you shaking your head at me?" I said, yes, because you are trash, I've never seen anyone lie so blatantly in my life. She said: "the problem with the world today is that people don't mind their own business." I informed her I believe the problem with the world is that people lie on each other. I also promised her, the corporate number she was requesting I'd call as well (I did and left a VM 6:30pm Las Vegas time on the date of this review) and let them know the truth. I don't know Tim or any employee at Whole Foods but my recommendation my friends there, if anyone treats you guys like trash, as this woman tried to treat Tim like, please know it's only because they are filled with garbage and you guys are doing great!!! Thank you for your hard work!

I came here during the Covid19 issues. They were well prepared with sanitized carts and such. Also limiting the number of shoppers if need be. I am sad during this time that the self serving bars can't be opened, but you can still order from the counters. The store was well stocked and very clean. Employees were professional and polite even during this hectic time.

I love this store. Always very clean and the employee's are always helpful and have a good attitude. It is my store of choice in Summerlin. Great place for fruits and vegetables. I always manage to shop here without going over my budget.

The pick up system at this store sucks. The reason to have this service is so vulnerable persons during this Covid 19 outbreak can be safe. Even when you follow instructions on their app and you notify them of your arrival and which space you are in you have to wait and wait and wait until you have to get out of your car and flag down an WF employee....defeating the purpose. And then you get the list of excuses.....disappointing. Get your act together WHole Foods!!

Whole foods decided to remove my original review. There wasn't anything wrong with it. It wasn't vulgar. I was merely stating a fact that the girl working in the food bar used the same gloves that she was using to clean, to pick up the vegetable samosas, without removing the dirty gloves. Is there something wrong with me writing this HONEST review???? I think not! THIS IS WHAT YELP IS FOR.

As always... Great Customer Service and although we didn't use the delivery feature too often in the past, it's the new normal for us now. Convenient Great selections Fresh fruits and vegetables I know these folks are working hard and certainly deserve a high five and definitely five stars in my book. Thank you Whole Foods

Coming in here I always find what I'm looking for, there has only been one exception, when I was pregnant I had a super big craving fir their coconut cream pie, I had not actually eaten this for A DECADE LOL.... Still they went above and beyond, called a store that did and ordered it for me to pick up, pretty nice, huh? The food selection is great, there hot food are really tasty and worth the price and the store seems to always be pristine. Love this place!

I came here during corona virus time however I was highly disappointed. This store is so unorganized: there were 4 different spots where salad dressings are. Cheeses same issue. Lots of stuff not present even the delivery service said it was in stock but maybe delivery was set up from another store ? Very limited produce. Just small selection overall. Won't be back.

Mood - Provisions ( Covid 19) Upon entering it is evident that this store is well prepared for the masses. there is a taped off area for line procedures, and security standing outside to ensure the number of patrons I am assuming on both sides. We arrived in the evening with no line. Thank goodness for that. Once inside the store we were surprised to find items that have not been located elsewhere since all this has been occurring. I am referring to Hand sanitizer. I was beyond happy with this find. As we strolled down other isles for more things that are needed, we saw staff cleaning the store, and chickens for sale being put out on display. The staff was continually friendly and had great vibes during this time. This made the experience a positive one. Everything was very clean. There are a couple of to-go food stations such as pizza, sandwiches, and deli. There are social distancing marks on the floor at the registers. Would def recommend- pricing is higher than other grocery due to the brands and quality carried ect. They have stellar sales. Location is Charleston/ Ft Apache- ample parking

I am definitely a "Whole Foodie" to my core. I believe that the managers of every section care deeply about their goods and services. I have gotten fresh-shucked oysters in season and never-frozen sea bass when it comes in. I ordered a case of my favorite Udi's Millet Chia bread and they called me to pick it up when it arrived frozen so I could keep it that way. They ordered my favorite water by the case and kept it in the back for me. The fresh produce is always beautiful. I have learned to ask for what I want and I like it that the "team members" seem to enjoy meeting my needs. When I had serious back surgery last year, I relied on the home delivery system, which is also quite wonderful. During this "interesting" time in our country, they have worked hard to keep fresh, organic produce on hand.

I love this Whole Foods! I admit to spending way too much money on stuff from Whole Foods, but I've also made a point in my travels around the country to always visit them. This is one of my favorites in terms of the quality of service at the counters (deli, bakery, etc.) with extremely nice employees. They stock more at this one than any other in town! I really appreciate their setup as well. The only thing Missing that is needed is a bar! The other Whole Foods in town have one and this one could really use it. They should mimick the GVR Whole Foods, and then it would be perfect. I hope that they get BoochCraft in stock so that I can pick it up on my way home from work!

My girlfriend and I was standing in line for a smoothie for about five minutes, the older white lady that is working there acknowledged that we were next, but a white gentleman shows up and immediately he was serve and the older lady knew that we had been standing in line...it's 2020 black people deserve better, not the first time I've been treated rudely at this location.
