I stopped on in this location on 7/28/22 in to get a loan and a few money orders. When I walked in I noticed no one there (customers OR employees) But in the back of the office area a teller said "I'll be right with you" and went back to her conversation on the telephone, after being forced to listen 5 minutes about her weekend plans, I left and went elsewhere. Horrible Customer service!

It was almost o dark thirty and I was still in search for a user friendly check cashing/loan provider agency here in the city of Las Vegas, Nevada. I was on my way home thinking to myself I failed to accomplish my mission which is to apply for a loan. Then, I passed by this money tree location via by south rainbow blvd. (SUITE 108). I gave it a shot...turns out that I stumbled upon the only place in town (by experience) that is able to provide the kind of customer service and experience that is nothing less than the epitome of pofessionalism. The loan specialist I am pertaining to was an islander looking lady, short softly spoken. I believe her name was Charlene. From the moment I entered the store's premises upto the time I was handed my funds, I felt so comfortable and was assisted like nothing else that I had experience in my entire lifetime. Regardless of the time of the day as at the moment, I did not get the impression of " I'm a burden for com ik ng in that late of the day". I was treated like a person who deserves the best of customer service and experience (that's my entire experience in that store).For a moment I forgot that Inwas broke coz I was treated like I was number 1 for real. Then I told myself, Aha!This is what it feels like and what they meant by customer service and customer satisfaction and experience. For all that I've said I wanna thank Momey tree and ofcourse miss Charlene (the loan specialist or customer representative for your dedication in providing us customer's with the highest quality of service and all that good stuff that every agency promises. You've done this naturally! More power to money tree. I wish you could start cloning the likes of miss Charlene. I salute you guys for your services and for proving us with employees like Miss charlene . A High-Caliber and Dedicated modern day Professional ! Again, thank you for your services which you provide our local community!

Worst customer service I have ever received. Charlene was rude and would not let my wife talk to explain why we were picking up money and declined our transaction without any chance of explaining the situation. By far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with an employee of a Moneytree

Let me start off by saying CHARLENE at Moneytree on S Rainbow has some of the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. She REALLY helped me out today, with a smile the whole time. I felt like I knew her already the way she made me feel welcomed. I can tell her attitude and work skills will take her far in life. KEEP IT UP CHARLENE

First time using western union, and the Lady at the desk was fast, proffessional, and polite. The store was very clean and well kept as well.
