Thank you to Morgan at this very location on Lake Mead. She is the Assistant Manager here and she went above and beyond to listen to my story and cared enough to help me with my unique situation. I am a transgendered female (MtoF) and someone of my documents are reflective of my former name. After explaining this Morgan made sure that I was treated with the same amazing service that she did before learning this and really helped me out with my dilemma. Thank you MORGAN! You really have shown me kindness in a world that can sometimes be so cold. I'm legit in my car in tears over your kindness and amazing service. Thank youuuu!!!!

Worst Customer Service! The EMPLOYEE: Shalisa needs additional training with customer care and team leadership. The way she spoke to her other co workers were rude and out of line. The way she spoke with me as a customer was indeed unprofessional and rude. She needs to always be fully aware of when she decides to work for another business, she must always represent that company's brand with full respect for herself, employees, and especially customers. Horrible service will always be the reason a company fails and loses business. Offer your "employees" full training in customer service. Thank you for reaching out concerning your store matter. This experience was not based on frustration, this experience was based off of poor customer service and business. I look forward to speaking with you on future matters and discussing options for your employers to provide the best service for valued customers. Thank you.

Absolute worst experience every time I try to cash a check. I was just told that my check was "counterfeit" when I have been working with Mandalay Bay for awhile. They have no idea what they are doing in their check verification process. I have yet to have one transaction go smooth, this is the absolute last time I will ever consider them.

This location is my go-to for money orders. There is always ample parking here, and I always roll in with my 3 kids in tow. My deep deep gratitude for the small children's play area, it distracts my children for just long enough so that I can complete my transactions in peace. It's never that much of a wait in line, and in instances where I had to wait as the 4th or 5th person on line, they always find ways to make it right :) I deeply appreciate everyone who works in here and I know their job is not always easy. Keep up the good work! PS - very clean location.

I used to come here monthly for my rent money orders and always received great customer service. I was always greeted as soon as I entered usually helped right away. Any time I had to wait longer than a few minutes they've waived the money order fee. Because of the times I came in I usually had the same employee (I believe his name was Alfredo) who was very quick and friendly. The times I was helped by other employees were just as positive. Unlike other reviews I've never seen the staff here be anything less than professional and courteous.
