Our experience was great. Free self parking under cosmopolitan with elevators up to the hotel/casino. The Chelsea is up the escalators on the 3rd floor. The floor has regular chairs that are sometimes removed for standing room only. We really liked the venue and sound quality.

Saw Billy Idol. Great venue. Not a bad seat in the house.

Great experience. Just above average concert venue with convention chairs. Artist had numerous technical difficulties.
