I worked in banking for 7 years before I became a stay at home mom/wife. I don't remember banks or bankers being this lazy. Every time I come into the branch for something very small I'm told I need an appointment. Took me two days of coming in and scheduling appointments to just add a beneficiary to an account.- something that literally takes 5 minutes. Not a single person in the lobby on a slow Wednesday and Thursday afternoon and no one seems to want to help me with a transaction that takes 5 minutes. The only people who seem to do their jobs are the tellers at the window and the branch manager (I forget his name but the manager here is actually pretty helpful. He was wearing a Seahawks jersey last time I was in and he helped my husband with wire stuff). Anyways, my critique would be if you're a banker and not doing anything, don't make customer wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a transaction you can help them with that takes minutes. I'm actually writing this review from the lobby now waiting 20 minutes+, no one else in the branch, 4 bankers not doing anything just sitting at their desks. Yikes.

My husband and I are very disappointed we have live in this area for 33 years and have always used this Wells Fargo location today he went there to make a deposit and a sign said no longer available for drive thru services ...:( which is BS guess it time to take our banking to another bank if we can not get drive thru banking we will no longer use Wells Fargo it's just like going to the market and having to check your self out what the hell is happening to the world!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Bank Mgr totally useless. Called main number to complain, got the total run around. Told someone would call me...never got a call.

Very bad attitude most of them No professional interruptions didn't listen the problem from client try to explain what goes wrong with client accounts they just sit there ass around let customer waiting didn't event come to ask and help Terrible service I'm Im A biz for long time I never have one of my customers complain once So dont even go there just make you upset and big disappoint

Wells Fargo is the worst bank in America... they provide the worst service to their clients including holding onto funds after a wire is supposed to be sent and sending their clients into foreclosure instead of settling second mortgages .... They will charge extra fees if they can get away with it..... I had an account with them 20 years ago.... They keep getting worse. My friend is trying to wire money today and the bankers are just chatting and making everyone wait.

Hands-down the worst Wells Fargo in Vegas. They never have their act together for basic transactions. Customer service is also poor, not friendly at all.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH. I wish I could give them 0 stars this is the worst branch I have been at. We did as they asked and signed up in their online queue about 45 minutes ago. There is only one customer in the branch other then us with 4 bankers and 3 tellers. Still no help. I would assume a customer in the branch should be helped in a prompt manner.

Did you know that if you need to do a wire there is a limit to the amount you can do online? So logically, you call the 800 number and speak with the wires department who tells you they can't help because you haven't previously set this up. Now you can't call the branch but you are directed to their online appointment system. Guess what, NO APPOINTMENTS for days. So you call back to the wire's department and are told to just show up in person, they HAVE to help you as you are a client of Wells Fargo and it is their job to service you. Nope. Wrong again. At least not at this Wells Fargo. They just tell you to go from bank to bank (Wells Faro to Wells Fargo) to find one that is willing to assist with the wire. Let me back up a bit. I am in the process of buying a property in NYC. YAY!!! Well the wire has been requested and needed to be done by 2pm to go out same day as if it doesn't go out, I will lose the property. So back to the issue at hand. We show up and ask for assistance at around noon on a Monday. I explain the timeliness of the issue and the bank associate offered no reasonable solution. The bank is visually busy so I accept I may have to wait. Nope. I am told that I will not be helped today. They are understaffed. I ask to speak to the manager and guess what, she won't come out from the back. HORRIBLE customer service. Like, my hands are tied. I have been a customer of Wells for over 25 years with multiple accounts and have no other way to send the wire.....but this Wells Fargo branch doesn't care. Please understand that this is not my first issue at this branch, I just let the past issues go. Not this time. I have escalated my issue and intend to find a resolution as how is a customer supposed to do their banking like this? Did I forget to mention that about 3 weeks ago their ATM's were not working??? WTF?

Stopped by Saturday to cash a check from work. My branch closed on Saturdays so stopped here. The teller said "It's showing me that it says to take check back to you're work place." What she should've said is I'm too lazy and stupid to do the extra legwork for you so you can cash it here at our branch. Nothing worse than a lazy POS that thinks she's above everybody else. One thing you do not do is mess with peoples money.
