called me to cancel appointment because the banker couldn't help me find a bank statement. they told me to call customer service. customer service made me the appointment in the first place because they couldn't help. peanut gallery, would not recommend. the atm works

Worse brunch , they have teller name Keiko who doesn’t know what she’s doing, I was with withdrawing money from my account and because of her whole process took 40 min she called back office , supervisor…….. wearing face mask so I could barely hear her ……..

The bank itself is a bank... they cleverly disguise ways to nickel and dime you like every other financial institution.The location, while the individual people are pleasant enough, is terrible. I've never seen more than 2/7 windows open, the service is terribly slow and it ruins my day each and every time I have the misfortune of needing to go inside. They make you schedule an appointment for almost anything that requires a conversation, so the window shouldn't take that long.

Worst consistent customer service ever! I almost closed down my account today. You would think the manager would provide better customer service, but unfortunately it was even worst.

Terrible service and their system sucks !! every single weekend i have to keep up with my transactions if i don't i will over draft ! wells fargo isn't a good bank at all

Very long line to see a teller manager not stepping in to help knowing their short staff the manager even a banker should step in and help I thought customers are number 1 priority I guess there just going to be a bad reputation like in the past.

They closed the drive through teller, then when I walked in, there was only one teller on duty with a line that extended to the door!

I understand staffing maybe a bit slow....but we can't keep using Covid as an excuse. The Northwest branch is so much better and faster. So mad they mailed my stuff to the wrong branch.

Has account in Wells Fargo since 1999 and always had a good experience except my last visit at this location (7290 S Durango Dr, Las Vegas), about 12 people waiting on line and ONLY ONE teller and even their drive through was closed also, after about 45 minutes wait got my turn and while I started to give the teller my ID I asked her who the manager was and right away she replied "We don't have any Manager". Then I told her that why only one teller and she replied "We are short handed". She seemed like she was bothered by customers and she definitely did not had any people's skills, took a video while I was waiting
