I just left this bank. I’m still in the parking lot. My Wells Fargo autograph credit card was stolen so I went in the bank right away to cancel it. I was the only person there at the time, and they refused to help me saying there was nothing they could do, they then said that I could sit and wait for a banker to help me when it was my turn so upon looking around every banker was sitting in their office on their cell phones with no customers, but refused to see me. I asked a few people working there if they were the manager or if they knew who the manager was and they completely ignored me. I have all my accounts through Wells Fargo business accounts and everything. I now I’m considering looking for another place to bank, because just moving here I never wanna come back to the bank again! I just moved here from Raleigh and I loved Wells Fargo. This is so very sad to me.

This bank is understaffed with tellers and when you asked the manager to step up and open a window... All he does is give you a schedule of when the next tellers are expected to be in especially on paydays... There is no reason to have two tellers open and working the drive-thru... I asked you... Why doesn't the manager step up and assist his team! He suffers from title syndrome..he is too good to assist his team.. shameful!

I've been coming to this Branch for over a year now because my place of employment does not offer direct deposit. The staff is absolutely wonderful!... The manager is the problem he's not a team player he will not step up when there's eight people in line and someone speaks up about it he just says he has other people coming in they're not scheduled to be in yet especially on a Friday payday at noon.Needs to be trained in customer service and team participation I do not recommend this branch.

This is a very busy location. They have 7 windows inside and no more than 2 tellers working ever. Drive thru not open either 7-10-23. I have walked out on multiple occasions including today due to extreme amount of people waiting in line for a teller in the lobby to get service.

They need to hire more people. I m waiting over 30 minutes to make a deposit on Monday at 9:30 AM, and there's three people in front of me.

Wells Fargo has become a terrible institution. No customer service and only interested in making their fees. I found Chase to be a better all around banking experience.

I've banked with Wells for over 30 years. Had an issue with my business checking account and went into branch to resolve it. I just wanted to close out my account and reopen with a new number. I had the unfortunate luck to end up with Matt Smith, the branch small business banker. What a jerk....he didn't seem to "get it" that I own the business and I didn't need a former male employee there for "permission" to do anything with MY account. I think this j*** clearly just doesn't want to deal with women. I'm moving my quite substantial account elsewhere. Please Wells Fargo....do yourself a favor and fire this guy. He just cost you a customer who's put millions of dollars thru your bank over 30 years.

The amount of times I’ve left this place angry cause their drive thru teller line is SO slow! Like I understand it takes time but the dispensary has more urgency and they have more policies than you guys do I’m sure due to CCB. In line for 5-10 min no movement.Another complaint having nothing to do with this location. But I’ve ordered my card about three times and I haven’t received it and I’ve called and complained and I have yet to receive a card so all around I think Wells Fargo sucks and I’ll consider moving to another bank when I have the time for it.

Today I experienced the most unprofessional and weird thing at Wells Fargo on Tropicana and Hualapai. My husband went in to deposit some money on my debit card, but was told that unfortunately since he is not on my card he is not able to do so without me being there. At this point I was calling the bank and he was talking to them to try to figure out a solution since we were trying to pay our bills. As he was going back and forth with them, he eventually gave up and walked out seeing as he was on his 1 hr lunch break. The woman who was “assisting” him was supposedly the MANAGER, Marlene. As my husband goes back to his job, his boss informed him that the Wells Fargo manager called her, and complained about him. This woman I guess read his shirt and saw where he worked and went and called his job. I simply can not comprehend what authority does this manager at Wells Fargo have to call my husband’s job and bad mouth him. That is the most unprofessional thing I have ever heard of being done. So Wells Fargo, please contact me so we can resolve this matter. What kind of employees do you guys hire? Is that an appropriate thing to do? Is that how your employees are trained? Hm..

NEVER Bank here. I gave one star because I had no choice. My mother is 84 yrs old. Someone was charging storage fees to her savings account (never knew you could do this). My mother went to the bank to dispute this and they acted like she was the criminal. She provided them with all documentation they needed. Now after their investigation is over they are only giving her back about 50% of her money. They said because she did not recognize it sooner they are only giving her that amount back. It is a savings account which has NEVER been touched. They acknowledge fraud but yet want to penalize her. Why? Because she is elderly? She doesn't want to make a "fuss" as she says. BULLS***T. How dare Wells Fargo prey on the elderly. Wells Fargo has acknowledged it was fraud, giving a portion of her money back. But now because she did not report it sooner you are going to penalize her. It was a Savings Account. NEVER bank here NEVER

I went into this branch furious about another issue that caused an inconvenient trip to the bank. Michael was extremely helpful and patient with me. The issue was resolved and I appreciate the Great customer service.

This Wells fargo Bank, is the most difficult locations to work with. They don’t wanna take loose change ( want you to roll it, when it can’t complete a roll). Charges the customer every few possible. When our money we deposited keeps the branch running. Enough said
