I’d never think I’d relate to so many reviews in regards to a business I’m trusting to take MY money. I opened up with wells on 07/30/2023 coming from cash app ( I know immature ) I chose wells because I’m in Vegas and there’s a bunch of these banks here. I stepped in this branch on my lunch 07/31/2023 and the awkwardness of talking to Kathleen and loading my $25 into each account was something needed to be talked about. My card declined twice trying to load my accounts ( never received a declined notification through cash app ) she told me to go outside and use the atm haha ( which I did ) and successfully brought back my $50 to fund my account. The gag is that the gentleman she was assisting while I was out ironically was also funding his account with cash app ( or maybe chime ). Returning to her she quickly responded “ don’t ask me how haha “. Sounded odd , I did some research on wells Fargo and noticed there’s a few open cases about racism. Which is so annoying and a shock , no there’s no need for me to be a returning banker here as I was just loading my account and this place is near my work , but I’m praying no other location is like this , where I reside near the downtown / strip areas. It’s unfortunate customers ( of any type ) can come in with honest intentions and still see the disgust and I’ll mannered in others it honestly puts a damper on your day. Happy to see majority ( 1 or 2 ) of her positive reviews here , but I think she should be like that 100% of the time. I definitely want my opinion to be heard.

Patrice was very kind, but, Management was unable to help with wellstrade transaction. Thus, causing tremendous stress and anxiety because you can only do thru the phone, where they are incompetent and unprofessional. DO NOT USE WELLSTRADE THEY ARE HORRIBLE IN ALL SENSES . The local branches can't help even know they were kind.

Worst wellsfargo bank I've been to, since i walked in was given an ackward look, I got switched from teller because system wasn't working, the lady that was helping me didnt even ask me if I wanted to deposit my check and automatically assumed I did, I asked if I was able to get money she said no, it is a cashier's

I don't like the drive up. It is constructed in such a way that a person must get out of the car in order to use the ATM. Trucks don't seem to have this problem though.

I was a normal regular customer at another bank until I open my account with WFB in berkeley ca and that's were things took off. Having stellar credit can save you a lot of money in the long run and of course other financial institution will try and woo you to be with them as well. Now I'm not just regular customer, but a business merchant as well. Good location never long line for in person transaction, if it was I just do online. Representive understand the need for customer no matter how long you had your account. They won't push for higher limit option let you what you're comfortable with in most cases they always refer me to new promo stuff knowing I won't need it, but its their job. I totally get it and appreciate it.
