Wish I could Give you zero stars because I’ve never gone to a bank that the check is written from where I have to pay a fee to cash. My check. Wells Fargo is the worst bank ever. Please never bank with Wells Fargo go somewhere else if you’re trying to spend your money.

I wanted to speak with the representative in Spanish since I have little time here and my English is not good. It's not the first time but several times the manager doesn't help at all. I asked her to speak with the representative for only 2 minutes and she told me that as soon as she finished with the client she had to leave. Well, I just wanted to ask that if I go out of the country, I can use my debit card. Maybe many here know this, but the point is that if someone answers you in your language [suddenly in Spanish] you feel safer.

The staff at this location are exceptional. In fact I would prefer to drive to this location instead of the one less than .5 mile away from my home. Also, we had a recent difficult situation and Jazmine was quick and knowledgeable to assist. Thank you Wells Fargo for having Jazmine as part of your Team!

The teller Anthony was incredibly nice during my transaction, but his managers need to be demoted or removed from this bank. I’ve been coming to this specific bank for about 2 months after opening a business and have been accommodated during each of my visits until today (11/29/21). I’m not one to leave reviews unless absolutely necessary, I am simply making a weekly stop for some change and during my transaction these managers stop Anthony from helping me to tell me I’m unable to receive change because of a limit for change. Not once on the transactions prior to today was I ever informed nor unable to receive the change I’d be exchanging with my own money. Might have been profiling or they just needed to take it out on a random customer because it wasn’t a pleasant interaction with either of those managers. Promote Anthony and remove his managers because he seemed to be the only one in this whole bank to be working while everyone was having personal conversations and letting the line build up behind me because they needed to refuse a simple exchange for change from bills.

The waiting system is electronic and the manager came out to make sure everyone registered via their website to be in their virtual line. Then I and one other person waited for 30 mins. When we went to ask why it’s taking so long they said it was because everyone went to lunch and that it would be another hour and a half before we could be helped. What a mockery of management and customer’s time.

As for Wells Fargo itself, I am not a fan; however, I must say this branch has the most kind employees I've ever seen within the banking industry. Alma has a beautiful soul but this post isn't about her. The bank manager (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) reached out after a "I will not recommend Wells Fargo to any of my friends or family" review and ya know what ... she TREATED ME LIKE A HUMAN not a number which is a big deal to me. A really big deal. She was empathetic to my situation and was genuinely interested in what I had to say. With that said, if I had to do business with Wells Fargo in the future, I would definitely select this location to handle my business.
