This bank is not good, they opened an account for me without using the appropriate documentation, I am Cuban and they did not follow the procedure that my country has and therefore I have the account frozen for more than fifteen days and they have no answer to tell me only that there is to wait and to this day I don't have a penny.

Worst bank ever I started a business account in marina del Rey Ca 13 years ago. They have no business client line so you have to wait behind elderly withdrawing $25 in ones and asking for a printed balance statement. There were three tellers working and one window open. I said something and she was rude to me. Most clients in this area have money, businesses and don’t have 30 mins to deposit their business cash earnings. Staff needs to be fired and at least 3 tellers need to be hired.Don’t go in here, worst bank ever in Vegas.

Horrible service, you'd think not with it being in our Southern Highlands community. Ended up leaving without getting anything done due to teller not doing her job. Get with the standards!

15 minutes to deposit a check in the drive-thru??? Watching TWO employees deal with the same customer inside while completely ignoring the 4 cars lined -up outside. Absurd...

This branch is always clean with nice people working here. I wanted to leave a review for the Notary. Orion has helped me twice with notary services and both have been very professional, patient and thorough with everything. I appreciate the notary service at Wells Fargo!

This bank might as well just close down! How useless - I’ve gone here at least a dozen times an had the deposit cash option not work. I despise this bank. So much for a “neighborhood” bank nearby. The location on Blue Diamond is the same. I hate Wells Fargo so much.

Applied and approved for a loan approximately three weeks ago. Cashiers check was issued but I never received it. Wells Fargo put a hold on that cashiers check. They referred me to Wells Fargo in Southern Highlands Las Vegas, so that they could issue me a new cashiers check. Michael Busuamlak, is supposed to take the necessary steps in issuing me a new check. He has not reached out to me to let me know status. My first monthly pymt is soon due on loan for money I do not have in my possession.
