Very bad attitude most of them No professional interruptions didn't listen the problem from client try to explain what goes wrong with client accounts they just sit there ass around let customer waiting didn't event come to ask and help Terrible service I'mImA biz for long time I never have one of my customers complain once So dont even go there just make you upset and big disappoint

I asked the banker to give me her business card but she said I won’t do that. Refused to give business card to customer???I’ve never seen something like that!I will close my business and personal account with wellsfargo and go somewhere that they care about their customers time.

I went to this branch to ask for a printout of 1 cheque with my present address on it but they say i need to pay $3 for 3 cheques printout. I have 3 booklet of cheques but with my old address. The Manager JC Esparza said no, they cannot allow 1 cheque printout. It would be 3 printouts for $3. I am a good standing client for more than 5 years already because of this, i need to close my account at Wells Fargo and Open in a Different Banking institution. Very bad service for a good standing customer. It should be 0 star for this.

I went to this branch to deposited my checks this afternoon. I asked the staff Melissa that is that possible to raise up my daily deposit limit $5000 to higher in my app. She said No. I said that's very inconvenient and my Citi bank can deposit $15,000 per day. She said then you should go Citi bank to deposit them. That's the great answer for the client.

We asked the manager ShinaShahmirzadi a favour -that we needed a lock box.She did nothing about it till we threatened to withdraw our account.She managed to find one eventually.For two years Shiba decided to have attitude and never acknowledged our presence at the bank nor ever greet us again.This in turn is resulting us to leave Wells Fargo and find a suitable bank without attitude.A big shame on the reputation of this bank.
