I'm sure I caught them on And off day however The teller at Bay number 2 seems as though she seems to forget that not everyone understands how her jobworks I would be very cautious when coming into this particular branch when dealing with any stressful situations I would probably advise to choose a different location to use as a daily. I sincerely like Wells Fargo as a bank and have never had issues with their tellers so it's extremely off-putting to be absolutely disgusted by this experience

I have been with Wells Fargo Bank for more than 29 years. I don't trust any other bank with my money. I feel safe at WF. I have recommended all of my family and friends to try WF. They are also pleased. Keep up the fantastic work!

I came into this branch to open a new checking and savings account without an appointment. Nick Cruz was extremely polite, professional and eager to make sure I was taken care of. Knowing that I now bank at an establishment with great employees really puts me at ease. Thank you Nick for providing top tier customer service!

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years now. This location is on of the Best I've been too. From there friendly staff welcoming you into the bank to there Professionalism. I usually have a deposit to take when i come to this bank.. The dark haired girl as well as the blonde girl named CELESTINE, is DISGUSTINGLY DISRESPECTFUL. These girls have attitudes almost every day for no reason, I come to this bank just to do a simple deposit and leave... so why am i getting attitude, isn't this your job? The staff here is unacceptable with the way they talk to customers and treat them. Train your employees on how to treat customers with simple respect.

Thank you so much Ana M. We had a problem when were trying to access my mom's bank account and in several locations they told us to do it over the phone. But, they weren't able to help us. But Ana took the time to explain us what was going on and fixed everything for us. She was very pacient and professional with us. Thank you so much Ana for being so sweet and helpful throughout the process. I'm happy to know we have you so close to us and if we have any questions we will definitely come look for Ana!!

Wow I never thought I would say this about you Wells Fargo I’ve always had nothing but the best customer service until I visited this location on Buffalo and lake mead caren please stop being a caren worst customer service experience why are you even there leave the spot for some one who wants to work.. my husband and I withdrew the same amount of money but only I’m the one being asked all this extra security questions I do what I want when I want with my money .. and I can withdraw my very penny of it when I want if I want ..Caren stop being such a caren .. omg what a caren. Thanks Wells Fargo After Soooo many years you have let me down ..so disappointed..

I am a companion to a Elderly gentleman, yesterday I took him to Wells Fargo to make a money withdraw, while he was at the window/cashier he requested me to come over to help him explain why and how he wanted the money, First WHY should he or I have to explain why or what he wanted to do with the money? The lady then called the manager who then said he wanted to speak to him ALONE , He questioned him several minutes as to why he wanted the money , my friend tried to explain but NOTHING he said would satisfy Chris. He continues to drill and interrogate my friend then calls a different location for another banker to call him, who then told him to wait until she could talk to him. My friend was then clearly upset, This office treated me like I was trying to take advantage of my friend, Basically they refused to give him his money, he said to me It’s my money why can’t I do what I want with it? We were treated disrespectfully and they were so unprofessional, the treatment my friend received from this location is unacceptable.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for more than 10 years. My son got his first job and I wanted to set him up a checking and savings. I called in case I needed an appointment but only appointment available was at the time I am scheduled for work. I was told to come in at 1and someone could help me as a walk in. I was greeted by a gentleman named Corey who said there was no one no to help me. There was no line, at least 4 tellers and no one could help us? It was suggested I go to another Wells Fargo. Maybe we should just go to another bank altogether! When did this become the “norm” for customer service?

I have been a client to this location for a few years . Their drive thru is very convenient and smooth when Juan and this other gentleman is there. Lately they have this one girl , she always seem overwhelmed and a bit rude and a simple transaction takes longer that usual with her even when there’s no one else on the other lanes .
