I waited 30 minutes to make a simple deposit today. Branch manager walked the line just to check in and see what people needed, but didn’t lift a finger to help. They only had two tellers working in the entire bank while other employees were sitting around gabbing and laughing and having fun. I have noticed if you go into a Wells Fargo in A poor part of town, you wait forever and if you go to one in a nice part of town, you get in and out very quickly. They really don’t care about their customers at least at this branch.

My friends and I had a fantastic experience in this branch. Amy and Jose have been very supportive and helped us open accounts even though we just moved into the city and our documents were not easy to review. We appreciate their time and patience, thank you for everything! Can't recommend them enough!

I went here to open up my checking account and it was a very pleasant experience. The person (I believe her name was Amy) who was responsible to handing it was very gentle and helped us throughout every step of the process. This place is genuinely nice and I intend to come back here again if I ever need assistance.

I was trying cash a check it was a big amount , this was the three bank(well Fargo ) I when to nobody want to cash it ,, Silvia take her time wit me and try do every thing in her power to help ,, her staff was amazing she was great to thanks Silvia you the best ?

This Wells Fargo branch on west Russell Rd has changed for the better. The staff there now is very professional and knowledgeable. The manager was very pleasant to talk to, and Mey went above and beyond to assist me. I received excellent customer service from her, thank you Mey ??⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been a Wells Fargo customer since 2006 and I love this bank. I went to the Russell branch and was greeted immediately. A banker was notified that we were waiting. All employees were busy helping other customers, despite this our wait was only ten minutes. Our banker was courteous and knowledgeable. Isaiah took care of our banking and we left with a better interest rate on our savings then when we arrived. This type of experience is why we have and will continue to bank with Wells Fargo.

Had an appointment at 12:30 for a notary but came a little early and they just took care of as immediately specifically thank you to Annette Quintana. She helped us the best she can and everything went perfectly. And Dominic welcomed us with the smile on his face

The drive thru at Arville/Russell was closed at 10:30am and also the Business Services. Supposedly a teller or tellers didn’t show up. This is ridiculous! As a stock owner I am appalled. Also the lobby was very warm. With so many businesses in this area, this is unacceptable.

It's called ignorance: Ley C, Mark, Arturo etc leaving reviews as such. Banks have evolved over the last 50 years. If you can't deposit your check at the ATM or on mobile and feel comfortable doing so, you need to check yourself and move into the 21st century. Banks can (and do) place holds on funds as per Reg CC. If you don't like it, complain to the OCC. that's how the system works; please educate yourself on the process. Banks are not just present these days in the year 2022 to do transactions. They are also a place for advice and to get deals done (e.g. home loans, financial advice, retirement planning, etc.). If you don't like it, step down to a local bank or credit union that refuses to change like you into modern times.

The people here is so lazy or they just hate theirs jobs. The whole office was empty for over 30 minutes, I was trying to open an account for a member family and after those 30 minutes they just said “we don’t have appoiments until Thursday” (two days later). Is not the first time that happen and other people said they are always over excuses to refuse the service. I wish I can give them zero stars. But one is ok tho.
