My husband and I came in for a name change. We were able to get our name change done and completed fairly easy. My husband and I were interested in getting new debit cards with our new name and a different style of card. I believe we met with Skylar who showed us different styles of cards and assured we could get new cards. Well it has been a little over a week and we received our new debit cards; and they are not the ones we chose. They are the plain red ones that we did not pick. Very upsetting since we work on the weekends and trying to physically go into Wells Fargo isn't that easy.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Skylar Hill today, for a name change. The appointment started right on time, which was great for my tight schedule today. Skylar was efficient, all while being very personable. His customer service skills were nothing short of superior.He is a true asset to the company! ?It was a great overall experience.

Wells Fargo disappoints yet again. This time the beneficiary account for people with Intellectual Disabilities was denied the ability to make a deposit....I wonder when they will live up to their own diversity statement and actually be a partner to people with Disabilities?

If I can put "0" I would. Whoever manages this bank needs to reevaluate all your employees. 2 male employees sitting down chatting, me thinking that's a customer but no that's just another employee talking about personal life without acknowledgment to any of the customers waiting. He looks at me up and down says "do you have an appointment?" I said no I didn't know I needed one but I'm glad I came up to you at ur desk to ask if I can get help? Very poor customers service here. And he judged by looking at me up and down as if I'm the problem coming up to him asking for help? I was very nice and if I had an appointment he could have asked and greeted me? Thank you for your time. Also look at the cameras shows clearly them not working. Needs better employees.

Waited 20 min to ask about opening an account. No one would answer one simple question about it. They all walked around me and ignored my presence while waiting to chat with the specialists.Guess that answers my question lol.

This was a first for a Saturday...walked in at 0905 and there were three tellers working and I waited less than 8 minutes before going to the window. I purchased a cashier's check and was out of there in less than 5 minutes at the window.LK

Drive thru not open/not working so I went inside. No merchant window only one teller and 12 people in line. The teller that was working was socializing with a customer for 20 minutes.

Agree with the other reviews that this location always has long lines with not enough tellers. Currently 11 people in line with two tellers trying to help everyone. The DMV has gone faster! Two stars because they're friendly, otherwise it would be one.

Thank you! The service was impeccable. Ms Cano took her time to understand my situation then found solutions during a difficult ordeal. Plus kept a great attitude doing it. She made sure I understood every step and nuance. And there were some nuances, many, many, nuances. Her patience put me at ease. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I know it takes a team. This place is sooooo bad?♂️....I can't believe it takes these people so long to help customers....and this has happened more than once here...Management should really look into hiring some McDonald's cashiers because they do a faster job....?♂️

Understaffed, long waits while minimal staff chatting/socially visiting with customers & others on computers. I asked for best time to see a banker and the teller couldn't say. . No wonder banks are tanking. I'll take my biz elsewhere.
