Lesly and her manager are horrible bankers save your time and go where they know what they’re doingI had an appt 11/29 at 11 I arrived at 10:55 was seen at 11:07 she didn’t know how to open an account for a minor took her an hour to say we will need to reschedule because she needed to see her 12 am appt .

Wendy the teller didn't give me the right change, the manager didn't follow the right procedures, They own me $125.23 and they only gave me $5 dollars back they say they will balance register at 5pm. But they call me 5 minutes after I left, that registers are fine that they don't owe me nothing but they totally lied. Hopefully they will check the security cameras because my money times are difficult right now

I went to this branch this afternoon to open a business account. The place was empty with 4 employees including a banker. They told me the banker had a 4PM appointment and couldn't help me at 3:25PM. They asked me to make an appointment which would not happen for another 3 days (on Friday). I asked if I could open an account online and the lady asked a colleague if I could (mindblowing she did not know). I left then came back and asked if they really could do nothing for me. They had zero interest in helping me. I live a few blocks away and thought it'd be a good idea to have a nearby bank to help me with my business. They mentioned they were a "small branch" that obviously has no interest in helping clients, make money for their bank or simply work. Thanks for nothing guys. Keep up the no work. Absolutely insane they keep piling up the one star reviews.

Worst costumer service!! I had and appointment and they could not open a simple bank account! A waist of time !! Their bankers don’t have the proper knowledge as well as the manager Ray Barba Martin .

Slowest bank ever. Only had two people ahead of me. Still took them 30 min. Just to make a withdraw.

Been here almost 10 minutes. Still the same customers at the windows. 5 people still in front of me. One super long term customer with a pile of business in front oh him still and now the line is out the door behind me. Poor poor customer service and not enough employees to help the customers. Never stopping at this branch again, leaving for another branch.

Jessica was a horrible banker. The teller asked her for assistance and instead of helping her, she allowed her to fail repeatedly as I stood there waiting. She kept giving her hints instead of walking her through it. I was embarrassed for the teller how she was being treated like a child. Glad I don't usually have to walk into this location.

It says the close at 5 pm and I got here at 2:00pm and they said there close , drove all the way here and wasted my gas ⛽️ thanks Wells Fargo .

I never get good service here: just walked in 15 mins ago with no one acknowledging me. Waited 15 mins for someone to even say we'll be right with you. Got nothing so I left. Just poor service. There was no sign in sheet so I was just standing there.

You advertise a drive thru ... it must be invisible.. A drive thru atm that stays open till 6??? Atms are 24/7... It's not a drive thru teller. Its misleading. You're branch does not have a drive thru. Point made.

Terrible customer service from the ladies working here. Every time im in here they go back and forth with at least one person. Get super defensive right away. No patience what so ever.

I went in today at 1130 to an empty bank. 4 tellers and 2 bankers at their desks and not 1 customer in the building. I came in to open another account and was told I need to make an appointment even though they were doing nothing. I've been with Wells Fargo since 1998 and very surprised how rude and not helpful the young Hispanic banker was. Definitely will be looking elsewhere to bank
