Wonderful people. Tom was able to squeeze me in even though there was a mixup when I scheduled my appointment. Extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional.

Excessively slow service, it's obvious they don't want walk in customers. They try to make going to the bank as uncomfortable and time and consuming so you can use on-line services. If you have no choice but to go to this branch in person, be prepared to wait and be ignored.
