First time using this branch. and my first experience with Wells Fargo, since I had just opened a new account online, but needed to make a cash deposit. I rarely ever need to go into a bank, as all my transactions are usually done online. This was one of those exceptions. When I arrived at about 11:00 am, there were eight people in front of me in line, and only two tellers at the windows. When I got to the front of the line, there was at least twelve people behind me when they finally opened a third window. Standing in a bank line for a minimum 20-30 minutes is ridiculous, but I guess that's the state of personal banking these days. So glad I only have to do it, at the most, once or twice a year.

Over 20 people in line. Only 2 lanes open in drive through. 12 Cars waiting. No business lane. It shouldn't take an hour for someone to do one banking transaction. STAFF YOUR LOCATIONS!!!!!

Waiting time it’s horrible and we don’t even get greeted when walking in. Their customers arrived it’s definitely down the drains line is literally out the door and only three tellers and the service manager just sitting down.

I try my best to go to the wellsfargo by el super but this one is the closest. Every time I come here there are problems with this one woman. Starting to want to switch to a different bank.

I went today to do a business deposit and forgot money for change so I went back to get my change but was told that I couldn’t get change because they only do it when the deposit is done. I have never heard of this policy the whole 9 years I have been coming here. I understand everyone is short staffed but that’s no way to run a business. Drive thrus are never opened and don’t even have a business line anymore. So disappointed how I was treated today as a business partner.

I called because I had an issue with a transaction and I called a little upset, the manager I believe her name is Lagera, called me down and fixed the issue for me so fast! I am so happy she was the one who helped me and did so in the most professional, friendly and understanding way. Thank you so much.

A week ago my grandmother went into this bank and a racist man started hurling the N word at a woman. She left and another woman came in and threw an iced tea at the man and missed, hitting a bystander. The employees just sat there and watched as this happened and the situation kept escalating. After the racist left and the woman left, no one offered any towels or even checked on anyone to see if they were ok. This bank clearly needs security and we definitely don't feel safe there anymore.

I believe we were the victims of discrimination on 2/15/22 at this all-Hispanic bank on Nellis and Harris. My stepfather is in the hospital and my stepbrother and I took POA papers in to have them help us get access to his account which is probably overdrawn and I need to stop the fees. They took my name and said we had one person ahead of us and we could not wait inside. I asked if they thought it would be an hour and they said maybe. An hour later I came back in and a different woman told me I had two people ahead of me. I questioned how it was now two and she pointed to two people with one employee and pointed to a black woman waiting at 1:05 and said she had a 1:30 appointment and said then I was next. I Said this could be another hour and she said yes. I waited the third hour and came back in and they told me they had appointments and I had to wait. It was only then I realized they never put me in as the "next person". Not one person was in the area as seen in the photo, except a boy playing with his phone. Never once did they tell me that they were booked solid (I only saw people there one time) and that I was being worked in only if there was a no-show or cancellation. I only needed to leave a copy of a POA and they could get back to me later but they never asked, never called me in when they were between meetings, and 2 of the 3 times, I went in no one was there and employees were only walking around their little area doing nothing. Wells Fargo is an inefficient bank paying staff to wait around and not help people in between. I asked for the manager and some man came over without a name tag and told me that I must have misunderstood without even listening. All Hispanic. I told him that I would certainly not wait in my car for three houses when I was in pain from an accident if they did not tell me I was next. They were not working, they were playing games, thought it was cute, not busy at all, did not explain anything, and did not make use of their time efficiently. I believe they treated me differently because I am white. I do not think an entire bank should be all Hispanic, that in itself is racist. I called WF on Howard Hughes to make a complaint, I am sure that went nowhere. I want to be contacted to discuss this.

I have gone to this bank for years when ever I needed something Notarized, no problems. Yesterday I went as I do periodically every year to Notarize a legal document. I entered and looked around, the first lady asked if she could help me and I asked if I could get something Notarized. She proceeded to ask me, without having even taken my name to have a seat in the lobby, I happily obliged. I waited and waited and waited and watched others get Notarized ahead of me. At this point another Associate was helping some people next to me, I asked her if I could get something Notarized. She proceeded to tell me that you must have an appointment to get a document Notarized and there are many more "Priority Customers Ahead of Me". First off, it literally took the first lady 5 minutes to do Notarization and she went back to her desk. Don't tell me you need a "Priority Appointment ". Secondly, if the rules have changed tell me when I walk in, don't ignore me and make me wait for an hour until I have to find out from someone else. At this point the second lady asked if I wanted to make an appointment for some day in the future, she said they would call me. I politely told her no and went a half block to the DMV Substation and had my document Notarized in 3 minutes.
