Getting calls from this branch asking me for my password is pretty suspect. Especially when my accounts should be closed!

This Wells Fargo location closed my account with no notification due to an alleged error in my mailing address. They sent my balance of $11,000 to an old address, again without notifying me. They have stonewalled me and will not provide any assistance in correcting this error or retrieving my funds. Additionally, my name has been added some sort of fraud warning system and now I can’t open any bank accounts. Wells Fargo has damaged my reputation, caused me immense grief and inflicted immense emotional and financial damage, leaving me stranded 800 miles away from home with only the cash in my pocket and no indication of how to access my funds. I want my funds restored to my account of 20 years ending in 8975 which is to be reactivated, I want my pending refunds credited, I want an apology and to be compensated for my distress. If I do not receive a resolution in a prompt manner, I will not hesitate to take appropriate legal action against your organization.

Worst personal ever Nancy perez banker is extremely rude and unprofessional she declined help us out after I accidentally got my date wrong she said she put us on a waitlist for an appointment after we accident missed ours. She said let me take your number and I’ll call you but then I probably I won’t be able to call you so it’s best for you to either stay her until 3pm or come back, but don’t think I’ll have a space available for you ! Like what is that! She had a 1pm appointment walk in right in front of us at 12:30 ! she took that appointment right away lasted about 2min and still did not want to help us because she had to go to lunch. Not to mention she stated her 12:30 appointment did not come in! the bank was completely empty! Honestly this lady needs to get fired ! She has no interest in helping future customers we wanted to open a new account and received horrible customer service

Everyone is very pleasant, but only come here if you have plenty of time. Extremely slow and apparently understaffed.

I normally go to the Wells Fargo location on Spring Mountain and Arville for my banking needs. I went to the website to make a reservation to talk to a banker at the Charleston location since the Spring Mountain location had no unavailability. I have to say that this Wells Fargo location was very clean and the banker Silvia was very nice, courteous, and informative. I wanted to convert my regular savings account to a platinum savings account and her assistance made that transition smooth and flawlessly. This definitely was one of my better experiences with Wells Fargo and I certainly would have no problems coming back here again.

Terribly lazy employees. Went there in hopes of opening an account but was turned away with teller stating, "everyone is busy." Approximately 7 employees were present at the time (~4pm)...all standing around chit chatting. Zero help, zero productivity. Ridiculous.

This is the closet wells fargo to my job. It is typically very busy in the drive-up atms after 7pm. At night, I feel safe to pull out cash. There's no random homeless or pedestrians just walking by. No homeless ppl sleeping nearby either which is rare. The tellers are very helpful. I left my ID at home once and the teller told me other locations I could visit after 5p in case I didn't make it back on time. That's usually info I'd have to search for while frustrated lolThe property is very clean. They even have an atm inside where it's accessible after hours via your debit card. It's pretty cool technology.

Loved my experience at this bank! I so wanted to visit a bank branch other than the one closest to my house? And so this turned out to be a great idea. You know, for me to write a review about a bank branch? My compliments to the branch Manager! Means it's got to be good, and no less than!! I had to go and deposit a check, and do a change of currency & deposit 100 British pounds I was gifted? It was such a pleasant visit the way I was treated...Lovin it. The Security guard there inside the bank that I spoke to, I told him I had limitations on how long I could stand in line, and he immediately brought me over a chair and sat me at the front of the line.. that was nice of him! That's what I call, "Courteous" So it only took me like 5 minutes and I was already at the Teller window. The Teller was amazing and gave me a quick & smooth transaction! I really recommend this branch of Wells Fargo..what a way to start the new year of 2023!

I have a large amount of money in Wells Fargo. I called them in the middle of what I realized was part of a Zelle scam and they cancelled it. When I saw the 2nd amount of the scam, I phoned right away and the bankers don't listen to the word Zelle. It was transferred to two other departments and because of it, I lost the money. I went to my branch Manager, who finally got with the correct department, who copied and pasted everything and routed it to the correct department. I have talked to numerous departments and nobody wants to read and do the necesary footwork....the excuse time after time....Zelle, sorry! Yet the first banker was able to cancel the first part of the Zelle payment. Untrained people who do not listen, do not care and instead of the bank stepping up and taking responsibility, again, they say sorry, Zelle. Yet I received a letter saying they were reaching out to the scammer's bank and to Zelle, but have closed the case. Lazy, untrained and uncaring. I will take my business elsewhere. Even the branch manger told me that Wells Fargo should refund my $250 for all of their mistakes. I have been with the bank many years before it became Wells Fargo and they will never see my money again. And please, do not respond, unless you are willing to read and study this whole case. I'm sorry does not get it for me.***No Address given. Office correspondance from Sioux Falls, SDCasey, And please, do not respond, unless you are willing to read and study this whole case. I'm sorry does not get it for me.I am not the fool who will follow your instructions after spendng weeks on this problem!
