1 Teller and 1 manager. Second teller on break. Manager can't lift a finger to help out with teller and line 4 people deep.

I am not one to praise Wells, but David Greenoge is a very knowledgeable employee and helped me even though I was out of state and not his client. I was dealing with a account hacker and had the 800 customer service on the phone when I walked in and he was more help then they were. Wells needs more employees like him. Thank you.

This Wells Fargo building is definitely a staple of the neighborhood. A lot of people use it as a landmark in order to find other locations. Can you blame them? I certainly don't! I think these are some of the smartest people we have amongst us. Except for that 1 movie called V when the visitors came down to earth and then disguised themselves like humans. That was pretty cool as well. I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue. I'll tell you that right now. They also have an ATM outside as well as a bank branch inside so if you are a Wells Fargo customer please feel free to use these facilities when they're open to the public.

This is my first time doing a review and it has caused me to do so with this Wells Fargo !!!! The two overweight Hispanic women in there are racist and need to go back and get trained on what the Wells Fargo protocols are. My wife came in yesterday and tried cashing a check and they would not allow her too I came in with a check from the same person and they allowed me too! She then proceeded to go to the bank a mile away and they allowed her to cash the check with the same 2 forms of ID and they didn't hesitate to give her the money No wild assss phone calls to the person issuing the check or no having the person who gave the check call the bank Long story short they didn't want to cash the check my wife had because they were being prejudice at this location Had my wife crying and upset because even the methheads who were white coming in to cash checks were getting more respect and services than her! Terrible you guys need to restaff and get it together Welles Fargo needs to look into the employees here cause they location of this bank deserves so much more class!

Terrible service and super racist here !!!! I have been getting checks cashed by my employer for years with only needing 2 forms of id which I gave and these two women here have been giving me helllll .... The woman who pays me is elderly and doesn't like to speak on the phone, they hear me talking to her and I'm calling her on the confirmed number but they went off to the side and said they called her they didn't call the other two men who were behind me when they were cashing their checks I sat there and watched to double check to see if they did it They're all over the place in here the guy in the managers pink shirt can't get anyone their money within 20 mins of being here they had 2 separate people yelling at them because of their incompetence. I don't want to be that person but they're profiling customers and to just prove my point we came back and sent my white husband to cash his check that the same lady gave him for our honey moon and they didn't callllllll her Do better Wells Fargo this is stupid I'm not no thief I am here with my id and two forms of debit and credit cards and you guys are not allowing them to cash my check

Made a business banking appointment, showed up to the appointment and they tell me there is no business bankster available for the day. Then perhaps you should have cancelled the appointment silly ones?!

Very pleasant experience at this branch. No long lines and staff are friendly and try to see if they can help you in any way. I find myself going to this branch more than the Maryland branch. I'd give it 5 stars if they get an ATM that gives different denominations other than 20s.

Classic Wells Fargo. People in line but not enough tells but plenty of people doing nothing but watching the tellers and the. The person watching the person who is watching the tellers.

So there was over $2500 dollars in fraudulent transactions on my account. The bank and claims department said "too bad, so sad!" So I'm out $2500 dollars. The bank just basically stole my money by supporting people who did steal my money! Absolutely ridiculous and heartbreaking. I'm leaving Wells Fargo effective immediately!

Wells Fargo Bank used to have better customer service. Personable, inviting and warm. Now just to get a live customer service rep on the phone takes anywhere from 15 - 35 mins. WHAT THE H ! I will look to change banks. I’ve been with them for 15 years….Too bad their execs don’t care nor do they know how to run a good bank. Don't even bother going to the branch, it's even worse.

Worst bank ever. Bout 13 years ago they Solicited me for a loan mod, told them to front all my work was out of state before they even sent the application, then after months of telling me not to catch up the loan or else I won’t qualify they then placed it in foreclosure and I had to pay attorney fees & bail it out. The reason given was no work in the state in which my home resided. Told them upfront & my paperwork on their desk for 6+ months.Now in 2021-2022 they r not properly investigating the fraud on our account or crediting the stolen money so I have to take them to small claims now. Not letting them screw me over again.
