last friday, the branch manager, Grecia Diaz, provided outstanding customer service with the utmost patience and professionalism to resolve a longstanding, complex issue. she surprised me with her dedication and because of this experience I will stay Wells Fargo customer for ever!

One of the worst places to ever go is this Wells Fargo‘s they had a whole line of about 10 employees inside waiting for about 20 minutes and only like three of them working once I approach and it was my turn the lady gave me a whole shebang about how I cannot exchange money in the most rudest way possible mind you that I have been going to this place multiple times so I know that they can help me

This is the Wells Fargo bank I normally go to since this is literally walking distance from my house. Most of the time, I use the ATM machine by the bank or the drive-through ATM. A few times that I did go inside, the employees are pretty friendly and I never really experienced any problems. Either way, I will be back here again.

Had to wait 35 min and that happens all the time, to get attended and all they do do is walk around, really bad costomer service, might consider to cancel my account with them.

Today I had the pleasure of banking with Jose. He was more than helpful! Offered me a bank bag And offered me a water after I mentioned how good his water looked. Which saved me because I was parched and made it one of my most favoured experiences at a bank. Thank you Jose!!

My go to wells fargo branch! Jose was the teller who assisted me with my deposits. He rocked it and was really polite and nice the whole time. Mah man cracks me up during the time when he assisted me. All the staffs have their really good vibes that made me feel welcomed. They deserve 5 stars rating and more! They all just made my day!!

After 15 years of paying a mortgage with this company they would not refinance because we were 2 points below their credit limit. I guess paying on time for 15 years doesn't mean anything, another business that doesn't care about an actual customer.
