Worst service ever.Tellers are unmotivated. Very very Long wait. They just don't care. Wells Fargo would improve customer service if they replaced all their terrible tellers with automatons..... or AI, or machines.

The customer service person asked me the reason for my visit. I explained my banking issues, and since I have been banking with Wells since 1997, I expected to have issues resolved on my visit in person. Then, the bank employee told me I could take care of those issues over the phone or online since they were short staff. They claimed to be short staff when 2 bank employees are casually conversing at their cubicle. Why does this Wells branch have a greeter and open on this day when they turn away customers and tell to do it on the phone or online and in the greeters words "under staff"?

SLOW!!!!!!! Not enough workers to meet the demand of clients. There were only 3 tellers and a line almost out the door and no sense of urgency.

I received a refund from western union for uncashed money orders. I don’t bank with wells fargo, but checks are from wells fargo., i was advised i can take them to wells fargo to cash them with no fee. after waiting in their long line , they tell me they can only deposit. When has that ever been the case that they can’t cash their own checksthis after spending several minutes trying to verify their own checks

Completely the experience I needed to make up my mind as to whether or not I was going to continue banking with Wells Fargo. Thanks to Kemo for making it VERY apparent that my time was not as valuable as his, as well as the TEAM of bankers and customer service associates that let me know that MY problem with their faulty system is MY problem...I'm sorry that I was homeless for 4 years, and my cell phone kept getting stolen every time I turned around...Guess that's what I get for trying to live in a society that values money over people...

I go to this branch on weekly basis. The staff is amazing and always helpful. Helped me a lot with my unemployment payment transfer and personal checks request.

Horrible service and knowledge of what's allowed and what's not allowed. Tried to exchange a $20 bill that was ripped in the corner, the clerk called over another lady because he was unsure and she insisted I would have to contact the secret service and mail it in. She said she wrote down the secret service website and said there would be a form to download and start the mail in process, which isn't accurate. Went to Nevada State bank located next door and they said I would NOT have to go through all that because the bill isnt "mutilated money" but because I don't have an account with them I wasn't able to exchange it there. Finally went to Wells Fargo on Eastern and flamingo and they helped me with no problem! And when I explained to them what happened at the Maryland location she said I should have never been denied service! Please train your employees better and save your customers an unnecessary hassle!

Everyone was friendly and tried to help us the best they could. But whatever you do, don't lose your wallet, without any identification you're not going to see any of your money until you order a new card and activate it when it finally arrives. ?
