Wells Fargo has to get rid of their bankers and just hire virtual assistance save the money paying them and give us free accountsEven when you’re at the bank wait is long and all they are doing in standing in sitting looking at their screenI was inside the bank for an hour waiting to be helpedWells Fargo management needs to look into this location management

Whenever you need to take money out, their manager is always miraculously not there to sign off on it. How else could they pay off their class action if they don't hold your money hostage? Eff this place.

This location is near to me but I don't usually go to it. It's laughable to me that they have 2 handicapped parks.. TWO at the opposite end of the building, not close enough to the front door and clear across from the ATM. Making parks away from where there should be does not deem you handicapped accessible. Do better.EDIT:I was contacted by wells fargo after this review and they told me that in a few weeks they would begin to renovate the parking lot to better service the handicapped. This was in early April. It is almost June and nothing has been accomplished. That makes no sense at all.

Do not go & see Maria - worst customer svc has an awful attitude. She is so unprofessional & rude it’s actually amazing. If I behaved the way she behaved @ my job I would be fired. Also just because I can’t understand you doesn’t mean to speak louder or raise your voice I’m not deaf. Also when I make an appt w you do not call me @ my job on my time - I came into the bank just to be able to make the appt. just so you could call me @ my job while I’m working. Makes 0 sense - I guess that’s what’s convenient for you. Newsflash I am the customer I need to find a bank with that actually means something.

Sitting here at the bank that has a posted hours of operations sign saying it opens at 9am and it’s 920am and everything is still closed down on the bank, there is a line in the drive through backing up into the roadway blocking traffic, I Have seen at least 7 cars get out of line furious and cursing at the drive through window, very very poor customer service if you ask me, if you say you open at 9am you should be open and serving your customers at 9am..... spoke to customer service who stated that the bank is temporarily closed, walked around and there are no signs indicating the bank is closed anywhere, very very unprofessional....

This location was horrible today. I been to this branch so many times. I worked in the mall and need change. We have two different locations in the mall. I understand we have a coin shortage. But it was two different transactions. Two who didn't account numbers. So they decline one transaction and on the one they give me change for they shorted me $2. Maybe you guys should retrain your staff or maybe not have them handling money.

They are closed still due to corona but I came here just to use the ATM which worked fine so no complaints. It was Sunday and quiet.

I just spent 40 minutes in the drive through line, only to be told, "We are not doing Cashiers Checks". By the time I got to the front of the line they had 2 ladies out there talking to customers, but when I first got in line at 11:40 no employees were out there.

I had a great experience here at Wells Fargo the other day. Was helped by a Banker named RJ, would went above and beyond helping me out with my banking issuse for two whole hours. He was able to get everything fixed and set up correctly, so there were no more problems. You made me believe in banks again sir and that not all people are cold and heartless.

went through the drive through to simply cash & deposit a check. I sent the employee my card and check and ID just like I do at any other location. All the lady said was hi and didn't say anything else, I waited a very long time and she never said a word to me and finally I called for service and she said yes?? I said all I want to do is cash and deposit my check is it gonna take longer? She said well yeah I'm helping someone else....she never said it'll be a few mins or apologized for the wait finally I asked if she could just send my stuff back. This is why I HATE going to new locations I've never been too. I hope they shut this location down

Wouldn't even make change for me. If Wells Fargo isn't opening false accounts or making money, they don't care about helping the community.
