The service in this bank branch has deteriorated significantly. There is often a long line here. So if you want to do something within the bank, you should plan enough time for it.The seating for older or disabled customers in the entrance area was also removed and replaced by more empty consultation areas.I also noticed some situations when customers were advised to simply do things online, which can be a problem for older people in particular.

This bank has a strange procedure regarding bank wires. My broker has so far not gotten an explanation for why I can wire fees to his account at this bank, and my broker receives it within an hour or so. However, the buyers of my items wired their funds to my brokers account several weeks ago, and their wires have not yet arrived in his account. One excuse he was given after there was two week delay was that Wells Fargo system was down due to the hurricane in Florida! The buyers all live in California. I would appreciate someone informing me and/or my broker what is going on here since obviously this bank is interfering with a significant business. What is its policy on incoming bank wires?

Very rude and unprofessional. I agree with many of the other negative comments. Aside from Brandi, a major overhaul of employees (tellers and bankers) is needed at this location.

I was there last week and served by a banker with obvious symptoms of COVID-19. Today I received a mail from Wells Fargo and it confirmed my assumption. This is how they deliver THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the nation. Great job, keep it up ??

first of all i called to talk to manager but no one answers. They just lost me as an 18 year customer. I went to cash some savings bonds and was told they dont do that and i have to send them in to the government. I just went to another bank and no problem at all. I think they need to be educated on banking.

Went to the bank and asked if it was possible to see a banker, was told to wait and someone would see us. After waiting for around half an hour, we were seen just to be told that they were only seeing people with appointments at the moment. Seems like something we could have been told when we first arrived instead of having a precious 30 minutes of my day wasted. I have so much to get done today and time is precious. 30 minutes of my weekend I won't be able to get back. How hard is it to have a big sign that says "Appointments Only"? Glad we are closing out savings account here. May even look into closing the rest.

I like you protect employees with mask and plexi glass but when a customer is wearing a mask on his chin and neck and is spewing against the plexiglass, the area should be spray disinfect or wash down before next customer. The most staff could make is excuse for him having breathing problem. I was not complain of mask but safety practices to prevent customers from exposure. Another way Wells Fargo demostrates it's dislike of customers.

Came to this location with my friend to make a large withdrawal they called the manager and the manager has basically refused to allow him to take the money out because they think that I'm a crook that I'm taking advantage of him they won't even give him access to his money they called a banker from a different location to talk him out of withdrawing money. This was very unprofessional. This is his money and he has the right to withdraw money from his account. Now we are just getting the runaround. My friend has been in the hospital and can't stand for the time they had him wait. Seriously this bank needs to be investigated.
