Went in store today and there was an older gentleman in his 70s who PEACEFULLY complained that he would like for the drive thru to re open because he's too old to be getting in and out of the car to come inside. After he left, the staff laughed at him and called him crazy in front of everyone. It is so sad and unprofessional that this is how you treat your elderly customers.

I'm a new customer & after looking at multiple different banks I decided to come check out Wells Fargo in person to open up a checkings account.As soon I as walked in I was greeted by a gentleman at the cashiers window and told me to have a seat & that I would be helped momentarily which only took about 1-2 minutes.I was then greeted by Jessicca who was extremely helpful,she answered all my questions & concerns that I had, She then proceeded to guide me through all the steps and information about the account requirements which was very informative which made me very happy about my visit. Ask about the bonus offers, The whole process took about 15 minutes or so, I'm definitely happy about being a New Wells Fargo customer. I would definitely recommend anyone to come in & Ask for Jessicca.

I’ve been a member with Wells Fargo for over 11 years and my experience has recently changed. On June 10, 2023 between 8-8:30pm The drive up ATM machine on 7100 N Durango Dr. Las Vegas NV 89149 had malfunctioned and kept my $450 deposit and debit card without giving me a receipt. I called the customer service claims department; they claimed that they didn’t see any transaction on my debit card for that amount and they will investigate the matter; but somehow I got my debit card mailed out to me the same card with numbers I used; oh did I mention that I have multiple debit cards from them? They sent me the correct one that’s weird no transaction from my debit card. Wells Fargo you need to check your 3rd party ledger for outside ATM’s someone is stealing your member’s money.

Currently the experience here is great. Every employee was attentive, helpful, and respectful. Questions were answered thoughtfully and succinctly.

I had an appointment at Wells Fargo Bank at Warmsprings and Durango. I went to the branch with an appointment. After keeping me waiting for an additional 35 minutes, they were not able to change address on one of my accounts. The banker had no clue on how to change an address on account! I asked for a manager and the manager was totally useless and was defensive rather than being apologetic .Wells Fargo: You need to train your people before they are facing customers. We all have many choices when it comes to banking. We the customers deserve more!

I have been with wellsfargo for over a decade, I have been disappointed on every occasion. Currently, contemplating switching banks. Their customer service is the worst, the never pick up the phone and their banking policies are just odd.

These people are ridiculous! I brought my son in to open an account since he turned 18. They refused to take 2 federal forms of identification that were unexpired. Apparently, "it's their policy that your 2nd form of ID has to be a credit card or debit card." How are you supposed to have a debit card as a 2nd form, when you have never had an account. And how is it that a credit card is a better form of ID than a passport? This is on top of the fact that my son already has a minor account with Wells Fargo. I got the feeling from the banker that she just didn't want to open the account so now I will be closing all of our accounts. If they can't be bothered, either can I.

Rude is the best way to explain it. The gentleman doesn't even look up to mean short and rude with you. I gave them a chance after their history, probably not anymore.

It's Friday and they have 3 tellers total- one working the drive thru, two at the counter, none for the business services. Whenever I come it's hit or miss the type of service I will receive at this location. They will take others ahead of the business side, so what's the point of having two lines if they're not being utilized in order?
