The five-stars rating given here is NOT for the location, as my recent visits here (and sometimes other locations) have been less than acceptable, to the point where my spouse and I after being affiliated with Wells Fargo for over thirty years, were considering moving to another banking institution. The five-stars rating is specifically for bank associate Travis Doege who we had the pleasure of dealing with while responding to an offer from Wells Fargo. Our experience with Travis was quite unlike the condescending, brash, regularly unpleasant treatment I've received, including from manager Jennifer Bascom, whose attitude seem to be one of 'I couldn't care less".Travis Doege was pleasant and caring from the first moment my wife and I met with him, and as he assisted us with our transactions, it was clearly obvious how surprisingly different this employee was from most Wells Fargo representatives I have dealt with over the years with his professionalism, his patience, and his benevolence . One would deduce from the treatment we received while dealing with Travis that this is normal interaction with other Wells Fargo associates, I can tell you from 30 years with the bank, it is not. He is an exception to the now seemingly accepted customer-no-service rule. My only hope is that he is recognized for his excellent customer service skills by Wells Fargo, and maybe further placed in a training role for the majority seemingly untrained, uncaring associates and managers.

I love this branch already and it was my first time there! Travis Doege is my personal banker now, he will now always help me with all my banking needs, he is very cheerful and kind. His customer service is excellent and next to no other! I had no appointment and he was able to get me right in. Thank you so much Travis I couldn't be happier that I became a Wells Fargo customer now. And from what I know Travis also works at the town center location as well

This is the location where they only have degenerates working. Cassandra being their leader. She's the most uneducated, rudest, animal I've ever met in this industry. She deserves to work at the dollar store.

A big NO THANK YOU! To Candice at Wells Fargo. I asked to close my accounts and she copped an attitude with me. Then she tried to get me to take more money from their bank to complicate the closing of the accounts. She treated me like a j*** for 20 minutes as she crawled through paying $46 from my debit card to bring the credit card balance to zero. She said the banker had to close the checking and savings, but that I had to use the phone system to cancel the credit card. I asked why the hell the banker couldn't do it during my next day appointment. After she asked she said that the banker could do it. They couldn't close the accounts today because they're processing $20 in fees that they charge monthly. So... after ten minutes in her system she was able to find me an appointment for the following morning. This company is a joke. They're workers pissy. And their service is a robbery rip off! They will give you a run around on purpose just to make a $ and angry if you disagree with their process. Happy to be rid of them. As a mortgage provider they were fine. As for personal banking. NEVER again. USAA is awesome! Navy Federal Credit Union is a hell yes! Wells Fargo is sadly still around, but they won't be around me, I can tell you that. **update. Went in for my 9 o'clock and they were so nice today :) very helpful. Maybe just try to work with a banker instead of a teller. I still stand by my previous review.

I had some shopping to do, so I stopped here after I was finished. I was here once before and their ATM was out of order. I muttered all the way home. This time, the ATM was working, there was no line, and I was out of there in about 2 minutes. I'm not usually in this area if I need to use an ATM but this proved handy. The second visit made up for the first bad experience.

They have their open hours stated on door Saturday 9am-2pm, finally get to the bank on Saturday 12:01 finally no line, one person in front of me in the drive thru wait a little and when i get to the window they close down saying they were open till 12. ATM only takes up to 30 bills at a time, i had about 300 bills.... Unprofessional

Personal customer service goes a long way with me. The tellers always greet me with a smile. I like Wells Fargo Bank because I can always find one wherever I am and the banks are open longer than the others.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I had a great experience! I wasn't up for the bank due to being incredibly sleep deprived, but everyone was so friendly. Isaac helped us out, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. We were in and out of there pretty quickly. We were also greeted with smiles and we had the door held for us upon arrival.
