I don't understand their 2% back credit card. I paid off $3,400 valve and I got $50 rewards. WheereI went to school 2 x 34 is $68. Every timeI talk to someone they tell me a different story. The last one said that if you pay your balance I get nothing???????

Went to Aliante branch, found out it has been closed.Went to Decatur branch, 2 times waiting and waiting, finally gave up. 4 people behind glass, no one else around, bank employees looking towards you as if you’re a nuisance!I’m done. Pulling our accounts and going somewhere else. Unless you can recommend a branch where people care about their customers??

Great location off 95 on Centennial Parkway with various businesses in the area. Ample parking with handicap access. Drive up and ATM are available. Outside area is well maintained. Wait was minimal for the next teller. My service rep was excellent. She was very friendly, efficient, helpful and patient. Over all it was great with no issues.

Better named No Customer.... Service/4/24/2023 I had a 9:00 AM appointment. I arrived promptly at 9AM to be told by Armando Lopez who was chatting with another agent about escapades from the previous night. When I politely told him I had a 9AM appointment his response "Sit down I have a 30 minuted window". So I waited. At the age of 73 I have had experiences in bad customer service but never anything like this person. He never asked what account to refund my$42.50 to but instead of putting it into my checking he put into my savings. After leaving the bank in my paperwork was Business Account information and deposit slips total over $8000.00 for one of your Account holders. Armando Lopez the worst and unqualified to work for Wells Fargo.

Less than 1 Star review if possible. The drive thru at this branch is terrible. Very rude, felt as if I was profiled. Will never return. Also will close my accounts.

If you want to close an account be sure not to get Mark Salehi. Mark will close the wrong account then you’ll need to jump through multiple hoops to get it reopened. Even worse if you have auto pay or have people write you money, as you won’t get it. We’ve had to deal with the Secretary of State and make many visits to the branch, which is more of a pain with all the COVID stuff going on. So what should have been the same day fix has dragged on for weeks. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for a really long time and this is by far the worst experience my family and I have ever experienced.

I called the branch yesterday morning because I needed to speak with the new accounts rep to ask questions and make an appointment to open a business checking account. The person who answered said Mark would return my call in the afternoon. I had to call again this morning and this same person seemed annoyed to answer my questions then told me to go to their website. We are current customers banking with WF for 20+ years with checking accounts, savings account, credit card and a home mortgage. Unfortunately, this branch does not seem to value us as customers. Terrible customer service! I guess I will take my new company's business somewhere else. And, maybe our entire business.

We have been business customers for over three years with Wells Fargo. During the corona pandemic, Wells Fargo took forever to help small businesses with the PPP loan. The PPP plan came out, Wells Fargo's site said they did not have enough information. Even though Bank of America was already distributing billions. Website was finally updated with an interest form to fill out, taken down less than 24 hours later. Was out on a waitlist, and thank goodness we had the foresight to start looking at other banks for help. The day the ppp loan ran out of money Wells Fargo contacted us telling us we could start the funding process. We were funded by a small bank in Las Vegas and were treated with amazing customer service and integrity. During this horrible time, the bank we have placed all of our trust in failed miserably. If I could give less than 1 I would.

Mirna the personal banker was being extremely rude. i got laid off due to Covid-19 and still had to make an appointment to get really bad service! not fair
