I worked in banking for 7 years before I became a stay at home mom/wife. I don't remember banks or bankers being this lazy. Every time I come into the branch for something very small I'm told I need an appointment. Took me two days of coming in and scheduling appointments to just add a beneficiary to an account.- something that literally takes 5 minutes. Not a single person in the lobby on a slow Wednesday and Thursday afternoon and no one seems to want to help me with a transaction that takes 5 minutes. The only people who seem to do their jobs are the tellers at the window and the branch manager (I forget his name but the manager here is actually pretty helpful. He was wearing a Seahawks jersey last time I was in and he helped my husband with wire stuff). Anyways, my critique would be if you're a banker and not doing anything, don't make customer wait 30 minutes in the lobby for a transaction you can help them with that takes minutes. I'm actually writing this review from the lobby now waiting 20 minutes+, no one else in the branch, 4 bankers not doing anything just sitting at their desks. Yikes.

My husband and I are very disappointed we have live in this area for 33 years and have always used this Wells Fargo location today he went there to make a deposit and a sign said no longer available for drive thru services ...:( which is BS guess it time to take our banking to another bank if we can not get drive thru banking we will no longer use Wells Fargo it's just like going to the market and having to check your self out what the hell is happening to the world!!!!!

Horrible customer service. Bank Mgr totally useless. Called main number to complain, got the total run around. Told someone would call me...never got a call.

Very bad attitude most of them No professional interruptions didn't listen the problem from client try to explain what goes wrong with client accounts they just sit there ass around let customer waiting didn't event come to ask and help Terrible service I'm Im A biz for long time I never have one of my customers complain once So dont even go there just make you upset and big disappoint

Terrible service employees respond To you with actitud and preferred be in the office eating and drinking coffee And not help customers Plus's why require have 500 minimum in you account it's not right

First 20 I pulled out from the ATM, 1/4 of it was missing. Thanks. Second one? Taped up. Why are those even in the ATM machine? So stupid.
