“My wonderful fiancé designed my engagement ring with Dave. After the proposal, he raved about how wonderfully delightful Dave and team were and how they facilitated everything in, what would’ve been such a nerve wracking moment, so easy.
After the proposal, we got the ring resized and I met Dave. He’s warm, kind and extremely detail oriented. The entire team is wonderful but you definitely can’t have D&R Diamonds without him after all!
We thought we met our engagement ring designer but no. We found our family jeweler. He is helping you design your story-he’s incredibly patient, explains everything in a way that helps you understand what you’re investing in and how to give it so much more depth and character. Nothing is rushed and there is no stone (ha!) is left unturned. Prices are clear, delivery dates too.

“Went in for an opinion if I should possibly polish /resize of my bracelet. The bracelet was uncomfortable and causing some irritation. Saad is knowledgeable and honest. Rare to find when you have a luxury brand watch. The whole process only took ~30 min. He is my new go to watch guy. Highly recommend if you’re looking ever in LV.”
“I love watches. Not just any watch, but a watch that speaks to me. It doesn't have to cost thousands of dollars either. Stopped by here while on vacation with the wife years ago. While I was looking, I overheard someone trying to lowball the salesperson on a watch, stating he can get it somewhere else for 1/2 - which was totally unrealistic. I think he was just showing off to his girlfriend. After that discussion ended, the salesperson attended to me. I was interested in a Grand Seiko Heritage (I've been researching them so I knew the price). I asked for the price and the salesperson was spot on. No markup. He then proceeded to say that he can take X percentage off the total. Told him I'll take it! 5 minutes in all. Excellent transaction. That salesperson was Karan. Now, every time I'm in Vegas, I visit him and usually end up buying something - always a great value and with no pressure whatsoever. I've purchased 4 watches from him since and have recommended him to my friends - which have also purchased from him. I consider Karan a friend. always a pleasure to meet with him a geek out on watch talk. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Karan is my go-to watch source. If he doesn't have it, he will likely find it.”

“Located at the North Premium Outlets, this great little store has amazing deals on many Swiss Brand watches, including Swatch, Hamilton, Tissot, Rado, Mido and Longines. My son and I entered and immediately felt judged by the salesperson who immediately looked at the watches that we had on so we left. We returned much later and a manager welcomed us to the store and changed my original outlook on the service provided. She was amazing and super knowledgeable. We felt comfortable looking around and found an incredible deal on a couple watches! There's nowhere on the planet that you'll find deals like you will in this store. We made two purchases that day. I recently went back and had the intention of making another purchase and the sales person welcomed me in, recognized my watch, and remembered me from the previous year. I found a watch I loved and had the intention to go back and purchase but ran out of time. I plan on stopping again soon and hope to find the same great deal. Leaving four stars just for the uncomfortableness originally felt but the customer service after was impeccable.”

“The Swatch store at New York New York was incredible. I called ahead to ask if they had a particular model and was greeted by a cheery salesman who informed yes, they did. After I arrived in Vegas a couple days later I went to the store and was pleased with the aesthetics. The store screams Swatch in the best of ways. It is so bright and colorful, laid out in a way that it is easy to view everything. I was greeted cheerily again and they recognized my voice! I bought two watches and then I left.
