I went today with my 90 year old mom to Walmart. After shopping quickly because she got tired of walking, we went to go to checkout, but we're both old fashioned & don't know how to use the self checkout procedures and everyone was in line using them waiting their turn. We noticed there wasn't any regular checkouts with attendants to process our order, and we didn't want to attempt to try the self checkout lanes and hold up those lines since it was during lunch hour. So I politely asked a nearby attendant who I found was assisting someone else on a different matter. I briefly explained my embarrassment of not knowing how to use self checkout, and asked if there will be an attendant coming soon. Her name was Jessie (according to name tag), and she was super nice, and said it was no problem and took me to a checkout lane and proceeded to process my items, she bagged them nicely, and helped me load the cart. We were so grateful (and still embarrassed we haven't caught up to the times) With caring staff like these, it goes a long way, meaning it shows they have sympathy for all customers, very helpful with no judgment. Jessie didn't make me feel stupid at all (but I did inside for not knowing technology, and I'm an Asian guy!) Thank you Walmart for having an employee like her, because it's employees like her that make customers enjoy their shopping experience.

The security are low class individuals and make you feel unsafe instead safe being a customer at this location.Worst location in Vegas and coming from someone that has a guard card with experience in their field.I would you suggest you shop elsewhere than at this location.A year ago I was harassed by one one of them that didn’t check
to see if I was a customer before being harassed.Nobody should feel unsafe shopping.

I talked to 5 or 6 employees here and not a single one returned a smile, I got the general vibe that if anything, me being friendly was annoying them and distracting them from being angry. Customer service 0, I won't come back😅
Maybe a morale issue or could use a team building exercise lol🤷

Opened up a package of Great Value pancakes and sausage on a stick, only to find there was brown sticky stuff all over the inside of the box and on the food. Also none of the food inside was packaged which I found to be an issue too. Disgusting. Would leave zero stars if I could.

This walmart has professional and easily approachable that appears to go out of their way fpr customers. This company employeeys are sound professionas, hands down.
