I had a disappointing experience at this store while trying to purchase alcohol. Even though my husband is 32 and I was the one paying, the cashier refused the sale because he didn’t have his wallet with him. I offered my ID, but she insisted that she needed his instead. When I asked to speak with the manager, they supported her decision, which was frustrating. I left feeling unsatisfied with the whole situation. I don’t know if we were racially profiled or if it’s because we’re a gay couple… but it was weird and offensive

Literally every row of products is now locked behind glass and good luck finding anyone to help. I ended up walking out and going elsewhere because I could not access my product! see photos.

I give a 1 star only because of services WALMART PLUS MEMBERS PAY for, that aren’t readily accessible and causing frustration!
Ironically I’m told by a “assistant manager” (okder WMA wearing glasses, about 5’4’ -5’5 skinny ) Walmart Pay and scan and go doesn’t work at neighborhood markets self checkouts only super centers! If you’re telling customers this, you shouldn’t be any type of MANAGER! Secondly, why do customers have to physically select Walmart cash rewards box, when it’s in the cart, items are scanned and Is under our own account?!!! The whole “Walmart Plus Membership” is a joke! False advertisement to say the least because NO WHERE IN the FINE PRINT EVEN, does it say customers have to physically select box for Walmart cash items! NO WHERE IN FINE PRINT, does it say Walmart Pay has to be used “”ONLY”” at Super Centers! Lastly, NO WHERE DOES IT STATE, in the scan and go option we have to physically use our card when it’s already on file in OUR ACCOUNT! All at which wasn’t working for me today and I lost out on quite a bit of “Walmart rewards cash”
Infuriating and absurd! WALMART NEEDS TO HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING and FALSE HOPES OF WHAT WE THE CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR!
