What is the point of a worker checking receipts at the door, before you leave the facility & have already paid, if worker Rayleen will chase you down and physically grab your personal items, while you're already at your car, and forcefully drag you back into the store because they felt to make a point to check my receipt, once more, all because they didn't trust the 3 other people I went through before to get my items scanned, bagged & receipt read/checked? Tommy, the manager, had to hold back Rayleen, as they kept trying to approach me physically aggressive, they also repeatedly talked over me as I was trying to get some kind of answer to what was happening. I had to wait about 20 minutes for my items to be checked, one by one, until they were told I was clear to leave since I had paid. The entire time I was left feeling scared as nobody cared to answer me or tell me why I was being stopped/ harassed..... Thank you, Rayleen and Tommy, for making me feel so unwelcome and horrified in a place I went to almost every week & for my hungry family waiting for me to make dinner. Great job.

Had a good selection of items but why even open self checkout if your not going to open 90% of the machines like what?? Also there were mis-leading signs advertising things that weren't there and some things were mis labeled. Over all not bad just slightly confusing

this is possibly the worst Walmart I have ever been to. I was at Customer Service trying to return one item and it was 5:45 in the afternoon, the manager put up a closed, sign and barricaded the customer service. I asked him what was going on? He said they were closed I said the sign says he close at 11. He says I don't care. We're closed now. A woman at that same moment approaches me and says what is going on why is he being so mean, I had no idea and her grocery bag broke open and a gallon of juice fell on my foot I balled out in pain and the manager had refused to help me would not even let me fill out a report

I used to like this store, now I hate it! It was such a mad house now during the day since they put fewer self check outs and added checkers. Lines move extremely slow and were real long!!! I'm going to another store

I come by here often to do pickup orders for my groceries. The people who work pickup are always kind & efficient! I go in the store sometimes too and I think this is one of the better Walmarts, it's a bit cleaner and there isn't junk laying around like at others.

Ordered for curbside pickup and it processed my order and charged me. When I got there, there was no curbside pick up numbers. Went inside to talk to customer service to get our money back and just buy it in store and they were not open. Horrible experience.

What's the point of all these self checkouts if they' won't even keep half of them open. Lines are longer than Costco's. Needs to be better managed

Dear Walmart Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. I had intended to purchase only dog food. The extensive line added to my frustration, especially considering my limited time for this visit. Upon approaching the personal care department cashier, who appeared to have minimal activity, I asked if I could check out there, explaining my frustration with the self-checkout lane closure. To my dismay, the cashier claimed she could only process items from the personal care department, despite my observation of her checking out other types of items for another customer earlier. The lack of flexibility and service left me disgusted, prompting me to inform the cashier that I would no longer be shopping at Walmart. To my surprise, her indifferent response of "that's fine" only further added to my disappointment. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and understanding of the situation. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in service and checkout processes at your store. Joshua S

Absolutely horrible purchased four tires in January at a cost of over $1800. Now, eight months later, one of the tires is is separating with a huge bubble. Service manager said I must've hit a curb or a pothole. It's so obvious that it isn't the case because there's no damage to the wheel or anything else or any markings.Small claims suit will file. The manager, Steven , who obviously hasn't missed too many meals didn't give a hoot. He was more concerned with playing with his stickers.

Tried to cash my check here and they wouldn't let me also accused my check of being fake who would risk a fraud charge and jail time over a 65 dollar check

I was able to get a parking spot and get in the store quickly;even though there were 3 panhandlers in the store doorway by the vending machines. And in the parking lot there are vagrants sleeping on the ground.I literally did a eye skim of the entire parking lot. So I ran in quick and Then on my way out, I noticed two guys in a dark Durango circling the cars at the far end of the parking. I was parked way down there underneath a light thinking it's safer. Now I see you have dirt bags in nice cars trying to pop peoples trunks. I have never been to this location but I don't like it either, the security is lazy. I probably won't ever come back to this location anymore. I had anxiety the entire time until I got out of the area.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. The employees are rude and nasty as well as incompetent and ineffecient. If anyone is reading this store has the worst customer service. DO not come here. What a disgrace.
