I just bought some yogurt on january 30., went to open it., looked funny, runny. Looked at expiration date., WAS DECEMBER 22, 2023! Make sure to check expiration dates., putting OLD OUTDATED PRODUCTS OUT JUST TO SELL!

On 01-26-2024 I waited in the electronics department for 25min in line around 9:40pm and 2 employees decided to help one customer and one of those employees decided to help a customer that wasn't even in line at all a just kept talking to the customer but didn't actually want anything. I miss the movies I had paid to watch at 10pm because of it. One of the reasons i dont like coming to this store is because its understaff almost everyday and everynight.

Hello, I came here with my boyfriend to use the restroom because he had complications with surgery and has to use the bathroom more often. When we came in there were 3 women in front of the checkout area. A blonde lady, a lady with black hair, and another lady with really short hair. We went to the bathroom and I went in there with him just to make sure he was okay then we left. We came back a few minutes later to go back to the bathroom because he was still feeling bad. As we were in there the lady with really short hair banged on the door and said that we were in there for a very long time. My boyfriend then yelled and said that he wasn't feeling well due to a complication with surgery. We then came out and I decided to get a little snack as we were checking out the ladies were whispering to each other and giving us dirty looks. My boyfriend went to the car to get something as I was checking out and the lady with the blond hair wouldn't stop staring at me. It made me very uncomfortable. I spoke to the manager and she was a very sweet woman and made us feel heard. I had to share our story so people know what to look out for when going to this Walmart.

I am from out of state and have been to this store before. To be fair, it's almost Christmas and the store was packed with shoppers. I just wanted to warn people to watch out for your purse or wallet. A man came up to me yesterday telling me that he was robbed and started showing me paperwork of what was taken, and that he was from another state. I think he was either trying to get me to give him money or he was with another person and the way I was situated in the isle, he could not take anything from me. I told him I don't live here and have a nice Christmas and he just looked at me. I left the store quickly after that. People!!! Be Aware of your surroundings!!!!! The store is only able to do so much and as I said, it was very crowded due to Christmas shoppers. I was afraid to walk back to my car alone. Here in the area as we are staying at the RV park on our trip through. The store did have police cameras out front so they were trying to stay on top of things. The employee's were all working hard from what I could see.

Had a rather disappointing experience at my local Walmart, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the overall service. While Walmart is known for its affordability and convenience, my recent encounters have left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. On multiple occasions, I arrived at the store only to find the doors locked well before the posted closing time. This not only inconvenienced me but also left me wondering about the reliability of Walmart's operating hours. It's disheartening to plan a shopping trip, only to be met with locked doors and a sense of frustration. Adding to the disappointment, I encountered a situation where entry into the store was denied, even though I arrived well before the closing time. It's essential for a retail giant like Walmart to uphold a level of transparency and provide clear information to customers, especially when they are being denied access to the store. Customer service during these encounters was subpar at best. Attempts to seek clarification or assistance were met with indifference from the staff. It felt as though the employees were not adequately trained to handle customer concerns or were simply uninterested in providing assistance. A lack of empathy and understanding can significantly impact a customer's perception of a store, and unfortunately, my recent experiences at Walmart have left me feeling undervalued as a customer. In conclusion, while Walmart may offer competitive prices and a wide range of products, my recent encounters with early closures, denied entry, and poor customer service have tarnished my perception of the company. I won't be shopping there ever again.

Shout out to Kevin! The world needs more people like him. I was passing through this Walmart, while there I clumsily dropped/lost my money. This gentleman was cleaning the floor in the isle I was in, he approached and asked me "Did I lose money?" I told him "I didn't think so". He asked me to check... and I did. He was right! I told him the exact amount down to the bills. I told him it's ok and that someone probably needed it more than me! I thanked him then continued shopping. Fast forward, I reach the self checkout area, I hear a voice saying excuse me Ms. I look up and it's Kevin. He found my money ....actually another customer had pocketed it and Kevin had seen the guy. Long story short, the world needs more Kevin's and Walmart has amazing dedicated employees. I was so floored & thankful that I asked Kevin if I may take his picture. He's an Angel. Walmart is lucky to have him.

The absolute worst experience at any store ever ..Went in to buy some simple head phones and asked the little blonde girl with half her eyebrows shaved off for some help she was standing alone not talking to anyone but she was busy on her phone so she told a little ispanic girl to help me after she walked me over to the display I asked some questions U would think she mit know she just said to me I don't work over here , and just walked away, so I followed her to the desk and tried to ask her another question, she just stared at me with no response so I said did u hear what I just said to U?? Again just stared no response and just walked away again..Sad ..Who ever runs this store should be ashamed..And on the way out 10 feet from the front door some kid selling weed ..Unreal..Needless to say I won't be back . Completely unprofessional and totally incompetent...

I want to Walmart at 4pm today and I was waiting for a 2hrs for a electric scooter to be available. I can't believe the wait for a electric scooter to be available 2hrs is too much im overwhelmed.

It never improves. It just doesn't. Fun fact: You don't have to be white to racially profile someone. Witnessed that one, first hand, as an older Hispanic male decided to hover over a black mother and daughter while they used the self-checkout. His reason to her changed from one moment to the next, and despite her request (she said he made her feel uncomfortable), he wouldn't leave them alone. They also have a security slob... er, uh, guard, who likes to push his "authority" around in the parking lot by driving around, very slowly, obstructing traffic. Honestly, WalMart as a company should be ashamed of this location, especially seeing the overwhelming number of one-star reviews, but you know that they aren't. The company just hasn't been the same since the late, great Sam Walton passed away. It's in the hands of money-grubbers, now.

The most unprofessional walmart in vegas. Employees act like they don't get paid to be there and they never answer the phone. What could y'all be doing to where y'all don't answer the phone on a daily basis?????? If i could give zero stars I would y'all should be shut down.

I placed an order with this store online and requested an express delivery, charged 12.99 for the same, only to have the order delayed due to a supply chain error. The driver took over 1 hour to attempt to travel 1.0 miles to my home and return the order to the store. No one took the time to re-deliver items They blocked funds to cover the order, delivery charges, and tip on my card even before the order was processed. When the order was delayed, not resent, but delayed they stated that the only option was to reschedule the delivery or cancel the order. I requested that the order be canceled so that I could order from a more competent service only to be told by Walmart that it would take up to 10 business days for the funds to be returned to my account. I have been a customer of this company for quite some time but this is the worse experience and the last that I will have with your company. Not only did this establishment take my order, and charge me for express delivery with a 'tip' for the driver but before anything was even selected they blocked monies on my debit card. Now they have said that my only recourse was to cancel the order and wait up to 10 business days to release my funds. I am an amputee on a fixed income and this is not acceptable. The 'chat' with customer service was at best a brush-off without care or compassion. I have so many problems with your delivery service that this is the last time that I will ever make a purchase from any of your companies. The person responding to me stated that it was a supply chain error and the driver returned the items to the store. The store is less than 10 to 15 minutes from my home, and with an express delivery, there should not have been a supply chain error. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! These errors are constant in this area, they have no idea the inconvenience and cost to the customer, and they don't care. From this point out I will be using a different company and a different delivery service. Will be stating this on every review service within internet reach. Walmart you have got to do better.

I'm so tired of this walmart the delivery is convenient but when your items arrive like this it's not worth it. They hire drivers who are taking your food. Eating it, and ruining it. I'm missing all of my frozen/seafood items and my fruit were delivered like this? And when you call they say they were all scanned out? So now I have to wait to receive my money back on my debit card for me to go to another store and repurchase the items .

I picked up a online order. I arrived at 4:38 PM. I did not get my order until 5:12 PM. I spoke several times to Barb, trying to find out why my order was taking to long. It was 2 items. She kept mispronouncing my name and thought it was funny, when I requested to speak to the manager, Barb said I had to come to the door that the delivery people come out of...as I was getting ready to do that, a young man, Caucasian, dark curly hair, delivered it. When I asked him what took so long, he was rude and said "do you see all these cars?" If the employees don't care about the customers, they should just say so. And barb was condescending and dismissive towards me. I'll think twice before ordering on line pick up from this store. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This Walmart location on Boulder Highway & Nellis is the worse. Long wait to just buy some tooth brushes that cost under $2 & top it off it's locked up. Why would you lock up tooth brushes. Keep pressing the service assistance button for no employee to attend to help. I use to come to this location in the past when used to be a resident but never again will shop here. Please get a better service & unlock everything for customers to shop. What a hassle & headaches just ti chase down employee with a key or get some sort of assistance or even an answer if they have a key for the lock. All in saying is Walmart is a joke & becoming worse company to work for.
