I must inform everyone of my extremely dissatisfactory experience with this furniture business. My recent visit left me deeply disappointed and frustrated with the level of service and professionalism exhibited by your staff. Firstly, the process was incredibly awkward and far from streamlined. After browsing your showroom, I selected a coffee table, only to discover it was not in stock. This led to an inconvenience of having to travel to another warehouse location in North Vegas, where I endured an additional 30-minute wait to finally receive the item from the loading dock. Furthermore, the demeanor of the lady tasked with customer check-ins at the warehouse was utterly unacceptable. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but her behavior also suggested she may have been under the influence of drugs, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable conducting business with your establishment. When I sought an update on the status of my order, her response was dismissive and entirely unhelpful, stating that it was not her responsibility to provide such information. Moreover, while exploring the warehouse, I noticed the exact same coffee table priced $100 higher than what I had just purchased it for. There was no indication of a markdown or sale, raising serious questions about the transparency and integrity of your pricing practices. Any rebuttal to this would be inconsistent. If it was the only one left I could have taken the one from the original location on MLK but instead I had to pickup in North Vegas which means they had more than one in stock. This experience has left me with a profound sense of disappointment and disillusionment, and I am compelled to share my concerns with others to prevent them from enduring similar frustrations. It is evident that your business lacks the principles of honesty, professionalism, and customer service that are essential for earning and maintaining customer trust. Regrettably, I will not be making any further purchases from this establishment, and I sincerely hope that they take steps to address the issues highlighted to prevent other customers from having similar negative experiences in the future.

My last visit to Walker Furnature was easy and efficient. I was greater by Ruby in Sales Who did amazing Job when it comes to first impressions. She was incredibly helpful and Resourceful. She was also Knowledgeable of the wide range mattresses to choose from and extremely patient as I tested different mattresses to feel the difference in Comfort. Once I made my decision on which mattress I would be willing to invest in, she took me to the Finance department where I was formally introduced to Michelle who was absolutely phenomenal across the board. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and she made sure I clearly understood The various payment options available to me. I don't know what Walker Furniture's hiring process is, but they're doing some thing right starting with having Professionals like Ruby & Becky in Sales and also Michelle in Finance. MIichelle we R the Extra mile and called me @ home to confirm my Credit Approval and explained everything clearly so that I could make a comprehensive decision while investing in Our Quality of life. *Becky took my follow up phone call ans also offered to help me which again displays the level of Customer Service au I've come to expect while doing buisness with Walker Furniture. *PLEASE RECOGNIZE THE (3) Professionals 1) Ruby - Sales 2) Michelle - Finance 3) Becky- Sales As They All Genuenlly represent Walker Furniture exceedingly well. THANKS AGAIN AS I LOOK FWD TO RETURNING TO FINALIZE MY Puechase agreement

The electric recliner on our 2 year old sectional went out last October. It took until December 2 for the extended warranty company (which we paid almost $400 for) to send someone out to diagnose the issue, a bad switch. They informed us they had to order it from China and it could take 12-15 weeks. It's supposed to be delivered to our address, then we have to call to get another tech to come out and fix it. It is now January 31st, we spent the entire holiday season without the use of this recliner on our very expensive sectional, and there is no sign or word about when we can expect any results. This customer service is horrible. Buy from Walker forewarned. They suck. LARRY, CALL ME!

This is a HUGE SHOUTOUT and thank you to Augustin, our family sales professional who was very patient with us as we perused the massive selection of living room sets, massage chairs, dining room ensembles, and complete bedroom sets. There currently is an awesome sale going on, so we definitely will return to take advantage of it. If you are looking to update your living spaces with beautiful, unique, modern or traditional pieces, as well as art work, accessories, rugs, lamps, and patio furnishings, or office desks, mattresses, children's bedroom furniture at a great value, Walker has you covered. Ask for Augustin, he has worked at Walker for nine years and allows customers the time they need to shop and answer any questions they may have without any high pressure sales tactics.

Purchased a bookshelf, sofa, and couple items on the show floor on Sunday. The sofa was an impulse buy and decided to cancel the item on Monday before they delivered. When I called customer care they forwarded me to the Sales Associate that helped me on Sunday, no clue why but whatever. He said okay we'll get a refund over and sent me a text message screenshot of the credit due. Turns out they never refunded and just cancelled the sofa, the sofa charge cleared my visa a few days later. When I called back Wednesday I talked to an extremely rude and condescending employee trying to tell me there is no sofa charge. So a charge for a Chinese made $4k bookshelf makes sense huh? Finally talked to Finance who said oh ya we haven't refunded yet, but eventually got my credit after being talked down to more by their employees and even supervisors. This place is just a huge red flag to avoid. The furniture is all extremely cheap Chinese made products, might as well just visit IKEA for a better deal. I'd never recommend this place. Here's a picture of the lamp we bought on the show floor, there's a gap on the side which shouldn't be there but at this point I'll take a loss on this. I'd rather never talk to an employer there ever again. Here's the text the sales associate sent me as well. This is an extremely unprofessional business.

Becky, the store manager helped my husband choose a mattress. She followed up when delivery would happen she also called me asked me if the mattress was working out for me. This is what customer service is all about and this is why we will continue to shop at Walker furniture. Thank you Becky

Excellent selection and service. I love all the different styles you can find. Something for everyone and great prices. Love that this is a locally owned business by a family that gives back to our community. They donate annually to needy families, veterans and First Responders - Home for the Holidays, Mattresses for Firefighters and Help for Heroes!

I met the 3 day return date on a sofa and love seat purchase, however, the Terms & Conditions are "punishing" with a 20% restocking fee, plus a $99 pick up fee, plus I had to pay tax too! I incurred a $480.02 loss on a $1,062.04 purchase! I liked the furniture very much and I liked the salesman. The furniture was delivered timely. Unfortunately, the color looked hideous with our carpet! That is my bad for an impulse buy thinking it would match with our carpet without more research. I understand there had to be some financial repurcussions regarding the return but I feel their Terms & Conditions are "punishing" and I never dreamed I would be heading for a refund instead of an exchange. There was nothing else that I liked to make an exchange either, though an exchange was 10%, plus $99, plus tax. My gamble of a $1,062.04 total purchase cost (which included $199.99 delivery) cost me $480.02! That just seems pretty unfair so definitely not happy with my experience at Walker Furniture.

I went to Walker's Furniture Store to purchase a recliner. I am truly happy with my salesperson (Ruby) who showed me several recliners and explaining the price and features of each one. I made my selection and it was delivered the next day. It is exactly what I wanted and the price was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks Ruby and Walker's Furniture.

Amazing staff super friendly very professional worked with us made sure no matter what we walked out of there with the pieces we wanted great discounts and promotions going on and honestly I shopped around and no other furniture store compares to the QUALITY that Walker has!!!
