I visited this store to look for an OTC medication that my primary care physician recommended I try. First, I looked on my own and did not find it. I then asked one of the store customer service reps to point me in the appropriate direction (she gets a 5!) . The CSR hadn't heard of the medication, but she was very polite and helpful, directing me to the aisle in the store that that type of medication would be found - an OTC anxiety treatment. When I still hadn't found it, I decided to ask the Pharmacist, just to be sure the store didn't carry it. The Pharmacist was condescending and rude, telling me that 'he had never heard of it,' as if because he hadn't heard of it, it didn't exist. I suggest this ignorant pharmacist brush up on his continuing education and his customer service skills while store management considers who they want front facing their customers, as there are plenty of other pharmacies in town and the medication I was looking for was easily obtained on the internet from reputable sources. I will not be returning to this store for any pharmacy assistance anytime soon.

Consistently understaffed and I’m sure that the staff that is there is underpaid and under appreciated as well.
But the Waltons have many mansions.

Their cashiers want to gossip about coworkers instead of helping customers. No one cares that she called out on truck day and now you’re stuck doing her job. Get another job if you can’t handle Walgreens lol.

The pharmacist I spoke too not too long ago @ 8:48 am Tues jun 25 just loved to rush me off the phone there need to be more care and compassion & understanding your 24 hours but there needs to be not only need to be educated scientifically on meds but also spirituality as well your no different then from a dr as well

Lauren was happy to help with a few different prescriptions. I had a bit of difficulty with my doctor’s office getting the 3 RXs sent over that I needed before I left town for 10 days. She had both car lines full, but handled each person really professionally and ended with ‘Thank you love’. Oh my God, we need more Laurens!!!

I don’t know why Walgreen offers money deposit when every time I try to load money to pay bill the employees start acting frantic like they never seen cash before.
Please have some employee training so customers can use the money features as intended.

I went in to get my dads prescription filled and had an awkward experience at your pharmacy. An Asian female pharmacist with black hair and a tall white male with brown hair working back there were inappropriately touching each other, within view of a customers. Granted I did let my eyes wonder as I was waiting, but the fact I was able to see them actively feeling each other up on the clock is insane. I get working with the person you’re dating presents a lot of temptation but it’s inappropriate when a customer is there waiting for service. The workers at the front were fast and friendly and kept their hands to themselves.

The guy that works the night shift is very odd. He got offended I assume because I don't celebrate ignorance. Nor do I give attention to people who literally just do things begging for attention. I'm not sure how a person can want to be looked at so badly they will say and behave any way to get the slightest bit of attention. Negative or Positive it doesn't matter as long as you see them. I still can't see him. Although I feel sad for him that he isn't confident enough to just have a presence. It would be easier to actually see him if he did. Sadly he will have to mature to get that point. Time will tell

Stop by here to print out a document there were no available USB cords so I attempted to buy one and when I asked them to grab it for me they said okay one moment and never got it. I stood there for quite some time and I asked multiple times for someone to unlock it there were two employees right there no customers and they refused to give it to me. I didn't bother asking why I assumed that they did not want to do their job and decided to just move on the lack of customer service is ridiculous and shameful for the company. Walgreens should do a better job at picking the people they want to represent them awful experience we will not be back even though it is literally on the corner from my house.

Just picked up a prescription on March 16, 2024 went through the drive-through window. Just wanted to give a shout out to Malcolm. What a pleasure.....he made picking up prescriptions fun if that can even be a thing.!!! He totally changed my perspective for the day. Thank you Malcolm. I hope you have a nice nice day as well.
