I waited for 20 minutes for assistance picking up a medication, they are very slow and they don't know how to do their job. They need customer service training and time management. Never going back.

PAXLOVID VOUCHER. If walgreens gives you website to apply for a voucher.You need the name of physician that wrote your script. Also, I had issue with using chrome browser on cellphone when downloading voucher.Worked on my laptop. Medicare & Medicaid are approved for this voucher. Hope this helps

After dropping a prescription off at 3pm not ready 5pm, 8pm no text stating prescription is ready. Pharmacy closes at 9pm. 8:48 i called automated system. It now ready however not enough time to get it before it closes. Horrible service.

This has got to be the worst Pharmacy ever. The staff especially the one that answers the phone it's so disrespectful. I have never had a pharmacy treat me the way they do. They say they're going to request prescriptions they don't even do that you come back in to pick him up and there's nothing. And then they play down like they don't know what you're talking about when clearly I know what I'm talking about I don't recommend this Pharmacy to anybody. I switched to CVS and couldn't be happier!

I was immediately impressed with the professional and unique way that an employee Catherine aided and served customers at this location. I asked if there was a Western Union in the store and she quickly directed me to the self- serve computer system. I realized that the photo of the tracking number I needed was on my phone and the battery died. I asked Catherine if they sold C charging cables and she swiftly said you don't need to buy a usb cable...we have one you can use. I thanked her and as I sat down a couple and their young Son came into the store. The boy was fidgety and bored with the excursion to the store, as I was when I was his age...but the Father needed a Passport photo. Catherine leapt into action and brought a chair while sweet luring the boy to sit and watch her take the photo. He quieted down and sat. When I was finishing my transaction she opened the computer next to me and pulled up the photos, cropped it and finished printing the needed copies in 5-7 mins. flat. I walked to the register to receive my cash and she excused herself from the Photo customer...rang up my money transfer and while it was processing zipped back to retake the photo of the passport customer with speed and accuracy and was back in a flash to send a call message about a 3rd customer who was awaiting pick up at the pharmacy. And even called a Manager because there wasn't enough money in the register for my payout. I stood there AMAZED at her Customer Service Skills. The likes of which I've NEVER SEEN in Las Vegas. So if you're fortunate enough to be helped by this stellar staff member you could consider yourself as lucky as I was last Monday! Another 5 Star Review. Also, the store was clean, stocked and impeccably kept. ????????

The pharmacist here is a pathetic liar! My dr. Sent my refill in and, the pharmacist said my insurance only bills a 90 day supply at a time which I didn’t get a 90 day in my last refill of insulin. After consulting with my dr. And insurance this is not true. The pharmacist was lying he could have called the insurance and, override the 90 day supply (RULE) so I wouldn’t have to go without insulin he chose not to, instead he said the dr. Denied the refill of 90 days which was a lie the dr. Called the pharmacy and the pharmacist was caught in a lie. I asked to speak to the store manager to try and, get things resolved, but of no help. Stop lying to customers, and saying they’re drs. Denied 90 supply when that wasn’t the case, you can bill for a 90 day supply, or a 30 day supply being deceitful is not the way! Also if you don’t have time to call an insurance because you’re busy when a person needs a life saving medication DON”T BE A PHARMACIST PERIOD! I will never ever ever ever come to this Walgreens again!!!

The clerk Catherine has worked there for years and has always been rude to me when I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with her. You’ll know her because she has an accent and has dark curly hair and she always calls people ‘sweetie’ and garbage like that. This time, she was flagging a customer to start their check out while I was still at her station, asking her a question!

I’ve been a Walgreens reward member for over 3 years & usually all my visits are pleasant, unfortunately that was not the case today I was a victim of a racism by the hands of the employee by the name of suzie. Me and my cousin had gone in tonight to get some deodorant and other products we happened to be in need of while we are shopping we happen to be cracking jokes and laughing & overall having a good time. Suzie walks by us and continues to yell and insist we are stealing & insinuating that “our kind tends to steal” to say we were completely shocked is an understatement as someone who shops there every week im completely disappointed in her actions and disgusted that walgreens as a company would ever hire anyone with these views.

despite being a billionaire company, it lacks employees.. I hate how pharmacies work here in America, not providing the medicine when you need it, it's behind the counter, but you have to come back another day.

I am at a loss for words for how dumbfounded the pharmacists at this location are. Terrible customer service. I had to transfer my prescriptions from cvs (which should be a 2 day process max) I call them & cvs a week later and found out they never contacted cvs ever about the prescriptions cvs said they put them on hold and nobody ever reached out. After calling Walgreens they assured me they would contact them and call me as soon as they do, a week later still no call. So I call them again and cvs as well asking if Walgreens ever contacted them. Again, no. So I call my doctors and just have them re send my prescription to walgreens instead since they were having troubles. I go to pick them up finally and they say we're having problems with running my insurance so they had my call my insurance. I called them and they sorted everything out so I came back the next day to pick them. They told me I have to wait a couple days for the system to upload. A couple days later I call them to ask if everything sorted out they confirmed and told me everything's good with my insurance so I go to pick them up and they told me it's going to take a while asking if I could come back after their lunch break. I leave and come back after 2 this time going thru the drive thru. They ask for my insurance cards and walk away for half an hour then comes back and says it's not running my insurance correctly and ask me to come inside. I told I have my dog in my car can we just do it through the drive thru. They said it's too complicated to do in the drive thru and they'll make it quick, so I go inside and re wait in the line for 45minutes. Once it's my turn the lady comes back up to me and says it's not working I'll have to call my insurance. I told her I already called my insurance last week and I called walgreens before I made the trip and the man confirmed my insurance is working fine. She says well it's not working. Miss lady why the hell would you guys tell me to pick them up and that everything insurance wise is perfectly fine then tell me it's not working once I get there. And then make me come inside to wait another 45 minutes to tell me the same thing she told me in the drive thru. This location does nothing but waste your time. Ignorant workers. Lacking communication skills. Terrible customer service. Worst pharmacy in vegas for sure. Never coming to this location again. hope the owners find some good workers before this place gets put out of business.

I’m at the register with Julie I’ve been super nice I have both of my receipts and made my purchase roughly about a week ago, I’ve been standing here for 15 minutes while she acts to call someone else to the register. I just wanted to exchange the hair dye and shampoo unused that I purchased for a deodorant and lotion. I have work and nicely told her she was very rude to me and stalled by about 10 minutes if Your looking for a fast and sweet experience don’t come here.
