I regularly pick up prescription from this pharmacy cause it's the closest 24 hour pharmacy to my address and honestly there is something with the This place everytime. Today, I went in to pick up a prescription and I was told my meds will be ready in 15 minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, they end up telling that my meds will be delivered on Monday. If that was the case why have me wait for 20 minutes? Is there a way to reach out to walgreens about this? Has anyone else had a similar experience at this location?

I have been using this Walgreens location for about a year for my prescriptions. I usually use the drive up pharmacy window to pick up my refills, and the wait is always long. The last time I went they finished with the car next to me and then started helping the car behind that one instead of me, even though I had been waiting longer. And when I finally got someone’s attention they took 20 minutes just to get my refill to me! I’m seriously considering switching to CVS down Buffalo from this Walgreens, but I know it’ll be a pain to switch all my medications to them. But I still might do so soon!

I am standing in line, 8 people deep, 1 person assisting customers, ONE! Staff properly, you know your busy times. Get it right!! This ridiculous!!

I visited on 04/25/2024 for prescription pick up. Marcie looked at my identification and said "you picking up for this" as she pointed to my identification.
Since I am hispanic and not à person according to Marcie.... I will no longer Shop at Walgreens.

I waited at least 5 minutes in line at the pharmacy before anyone assisted me. Several pharmacists walked by and didn't even acknowledge me by saying "hello" or "I'll be with you in a minute". Service is awful and takes too much time. Everyone needs to drop Walgreens and go to other pharmacies.

Whoever was in charge today around 10am was in a horrible mood. I’d get with those employees and really investigate how management treats them. If she treats guests like garbage I’m sure the employees are not happy either.Do better Walgreens.She was about 5’7”BOY hair cutApproximately 110SlimVery grumpy, proceed with caution. ⚠️

Horrible customer service!! I generally do not like giving negative reviews but if you can afford to not use THIS Walgreens Pharmacy, you would be doing your mental health a huge favor! They put you on Hold FOR-EVER just to answer one simple question! I'm so glad I moved and do not need to use this location ever again!

The pharmacy techs may be polite but they do not know what they’re doing when it comes to insurance. The 1st tech couldn’t figure out how to bill when I have 2 different insurances & told me I’d have to call them? Then I come back a different day, the girl tells me my Medicaid ended & I’d have to pay for the prescription. My Medicaid did NOT end, I just went to a quick care today and they verified it was active!! Get it together!

The big plus here is a 24 hour pharmacy. If they staffed this location properly I would give 5 stars. Right now lots of candy for the holiday. Good prices, friendly staff. Just not enough staff. Most of the time I have been here, There is someone in the Pharmacy, someone at the front register and that might have been it. Lots of medical products. Can fill a script right from the hospital,

I called them to tell them please have my sons medicine ready I was having my friend pick up the medicine the pharmacy told me they can't dispense it I told him this emergency my son can't go with out his medication he has severity autism broke windows in my house they said I can't pay for it and not covered I said get on he needs it ridiculous I can't even pay for my son's mess if medicaid don't pay for it something better get done fast here
