The pharmacy staff is very rude . They put me on hold for over 20 minutes... I'm so disappointed and disgusted with them ?... They are incompetent and needs their license snatched... This is the Walgreens on Durango and Warm Springs, Las Vegas

Went there 2x now in last 3 months and their Customer Service in the Pharmacy is NON - EXISTENT! Rude to all customers, do not give any help at all to anyone. They are more worried about their 13:30 lunch break than helping anyone. CS over the phone is just as bad for them, once you wait 15 min to speak to anyone even.

Called to make sure my prescription would be ready when I can for my son who has a toothache. They said come in 30 mins. I show up an hour later and they say I’ve got another 20 mins to wait. 30 mins later and I’m still waiting. Time to find a new pharmacy. Joke
