I made an appointment to do the traveling pcr covid test and on the website it said in 48 hours you can get your results but it’s been 52 hours and I haven’t gotten my results yet. On the website is states 48 hours but when I called they told me 48-72 hours. ON TOP of that I paid 128.99$ just for nothing and I need to go to the airport. Now I need to do another express appointment which will cost another 200$. Ruined my trip do not recommend.

Trash location. They treat you like a criminal. They let people steal at will while you pay for your things. Avoid at all costs.

Go to CVS. Pharmacy staff lost. 100% disabled veteran I've had zero issue jetting meds at CVS. Walgreens couldn't figure it out or care to assist.

The first 2 employees I asked for help to find masks said "oh this is not my department". Then one of them had me standing ignoring me for 5 minutes just to tell me he's just a tech and can't help me. Way to serve your public.

Very rude managers not friendly AT ALL. Cashier's are just dolls very friendly and talkative always welcoming but because of managers or supervisor I won't be going back

Worst Pharmacy ever.Last week went to pick up a prescription. Went up to counter after waiting in line. Mind you, there is a giant piece of plexiglass between you and the people behind the counter. Blue haired girl behind counter told me to step back four feet! What? This wasn't even during "Covid" "pandemic". Umm....I still have to come to counter to pay and pick up prescription. She was just plain rude.Today tried to pick up prescription. Came at 1:40 pm -closed, on lunch. Why don't they stagger lunch times for workers when there are several behind counter? Okay, came back a few hours later. 3 people in line. They kept going to people in drive thru even the ones that kept pulling up after the people who had been waiting in line for 10-15 minutes. Either have one dedicated person at window, or wait on people inside the store waiting before people to lazy to come in store. People waiting several minutes in line should be your priority. I will be taking my business to CVS. So over their bs.Also, a man pandering for money and loitering outside store standing right in front of sign that states "No pandering or loitering, violators will be prosecuted". As a single woman, I felt unsafe.

Worst store ever!! Workers and management are RUDE and not helpful!! Go to CVS instead!! Make the extra couple miles to avoid Walgreens in general!! The locations in Vegas are ghetto and dirty and they DO NOT want to help with pricing they advertise!! TOO BAD I COULDN'T LEAVE A ZERO

Was on hold for over 15 minutes. Staff was unable to direct me to the photo department so I sat on hold, listening to their conversations until I was hung up on. Poorly done.

Worst Walgreens location I have ever used. Pharmacy staff do as little as they possibly can to help you, and the lead pharmacy tech is rude. Trust your health to anyone but these people. They aren’t going to help you. they’re often out of stock. Don’t even bother calling by phone, they just pick up and put you on hold over and over again. If they do answer, they lack listening skills and their customer service stinks.Aaaa and if you tried their drive thru you’ll be screw waiting and waiting since they like to carried big conversations with certain customers.THEIR BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM FOR CUSTOMERS
