It's so sad that when you try to get your prescriptions refilled and the customer service in the pharmacy . I don't understand why it's so difficult for them to do their job it's like they don't want to they when you call they tell you one thing and then you call back about 4 or 5 days later and they tell you another thing the women in there are so rude it's unbelievable I've never been treated so rude in my life Walgreens your Pharmacy has gone to pits all because of your employment staff that you have in your Pharmacy I really hope that someone high up enough will read this and do something about it before you lose all your customers I've been dealing with this department for years and it has just gone so bad I am going to have to go to a new pharmacy now it is very very sad that I have to do this but you guys need to know that it is your staff that is running your Pharmacy. I will never go back to this Pharmacy or location again I hope that you do something soon because you will lose all your customers . if anybody even cares high up enough that you cannot treat people bad like that especially when they need their prescriptions, also I'm going to let my friends and family know as well because customer service like this and people's lives are at stake when they need their medications and they do not care that is their whole attitude so terrible unbelievable . It makes me so mad when you try to talk to them and they just act like they do not care. Today's attitude is like people just don't give a care they don't even care that the customers need their medications why what is the reason for this whole attitude problem that they have in that department you need to do something Walgreens you as upper management need to do something that's how mad I am that I'm posting this review that they are that terrible PS This is the location Sahara and Boulder Highway just so you know do not get your prescriptions filled here it's that bad

Writing this review from a very resourceful source so today, one of the associates disrespect the delivery driver from Pepsi I was there. This is a witness standpoint. She keeps disrespecting him by talking to her own language in a very demeanor way you can tell from her tone of voice and a woman with an instinct oh yes, definitely he was disrespecting him. This associates is From a Hispanic Mexican descent she has a blue hair accessories today. She should be on investigation for employment and without the deliveries from major corporation like Pepsi this store will not run because the consumers loves Pepsi and other drink products that Pepsi is made so this is a review for , the employer to see to be address not like a slap on her hand she needs to be an extreme Disciplinary action.

Store was nice staff was friendly. Prices seemed high for cough remedies. I will probably shop Walmart before returning to Walgreens due to prices

They close it at the time they want, there are not enough employees, there is no photo service, when they send your medications to this pharmacy you have to wait too long for them to be delivered, there are homeless people outside the store, a lot of trash around. They need to improve a lot in this place.

This particular location has its pros and cons. The employees here are always super friendly! They have no problem assisting you should you need it. They also have a FedEx package pick up located inside. Very convenient. The negative side is they do nothing at all about the homeless that congregate outside. There are constantly people asking for money as you walk in. And they can be pretty forceful about wanting your money. They are strategically positioned by the front doors so you have to pass them. They also hang out at the rear of the building. Several times the homeless have turned on the outside water to use as a shower. If the store would do something about that problem, they would get a higher rating from me. Customer Service - 9/10 Cleanliness outside - 6/10 Cleanliness inside - 6/10 Homeless issues - HORRIBLE! 0/10

Tracy was a disappointment. I've been to many Walgreens and loaded my card but she was only able to load it once. Where typically I can load twice. I also asked if I could load a 2nd card instead complete different card and she said no. I'm just trying to get my rent paid and she made it difficult.

I went for my updated Covid-19 booster and it was available and free. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and fast. Very friendly! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for the updated booster shot.

This Walgreens is disrespectful. I asked one of the employees for help and she was not willing to help me. I asked her why not and she told me that she was taking inventory. If they don't know how to work with clients and provide customer service in a pharmacy, I don't understand how they hire such useless and unethical people in this country. I'm not coming back again. I have made a purchase of more than 100 dollars for health and the person I asked to guide me about a blood pressure monitor tells me that I had to read each of the options because she did not know. If you don't know the store you work for, they should remove it.
