We came in as new costumers and gave all our new address and number. Unfortunately they are not able to get that had to tell them again and again to correct it. And my last 3 visit funny why are we forced to pay for covered prescriptions.. the dude looked in the same place 3 times and found it the 4th time in the same place. We have changed pharmacies. And will not be returning back. Poor service and question what qualifications do they have to be hire except a paulse

Pharmacy manager is extremely rude. She told me I can just "take my prescription and go somewhere else" when I asked why they weren't filling my prescription when my doctor had already filled out paperwork. She then wouldn't fill it because of my insurance but I told her I pay cash so then she tells me I have to wait 6 hours for no other reason except she had the authority to do so.

Went into Walgreens 3400 Boulder Hwy Las Vegas NV 89121 (located at Boulder & Sahara) on September 21, 2023 and had the WORST experience!!! Drop off a prescription and had to wait 20 minutes for pick up. Found something to purchase and went to cashier to be checked our. Cashier rang me up, handed me receipt and change and sent me on my way. I asked cashier, DON'T YOU SAY THANK YOU TO YOUR CUSTOMER? He looked at me like I was crazy. I then asked, DON'T YOU THANK CUSTOMERS FOR MAKING PURCHASES IN YOUR STORE? CASHIER THEN TOLD ME I SHOULD LEAVE!! I was furious and proceeded to ask for store manager and cashier said there was no manager. Went back to pharmacy to pick up prescription and asked if store manager was in? Store Manager WAS in and they called her to pharmacy to speak with me. Told her the awful experience I just had and she apologized several times and said that is not how we should make our customers feel. Told her I would be contacting Corporate Office which I did. WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WALGREENS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!

Whoever is working at the pharmacy for this location is rude as fuck!! I called asking for a medication that can only be sold behind the counter and she immediately transferred me to the inside store, I called back and she never checked, she just immediately said "we do not" and hung up the phone in my face!!! If you don't like your job or like assisting sick ppl, do not work in the medical or customer service field!!! Will never go to this store!!!

Just a reminder that even though you are located in an absolutely terrible area, not every customer that walks through your doors is a theif. Everytime I'm in there I get followed around like I'm some degenerate who's going to steal. You were also very condescending to someone in line about purchasing gift cards "you'll need cash, do you have enough money for cash?" Like what? Stop assuming what people's wallets look like and just ring me up.

Why y'all hire people who hate people. Like how are you mean to a BABY. Cake up here and EDWIN was working the cash register and was rude to my 1yo daughter who was saying hi to him. What kind of customer service is this. You shouldn't work in customer service if you can't even be nice to KIDS. I told him, "my daughter is saying hi". he like so. I'm like "you're not gonna say hi back" he gonna give her a angry hi. Like bro what? your mean to a baby? I live over here so my business with y'all is done. But I'm thinking of coming back just to record his behind.
