I like their app because it allows me to avoid waiting in the long lines. You might have to wait up to 10+ on hold before a pharmacist will be able to take your call, as this is always congested with patrons.
They have a good attitude but I've docked them two stars because they don't have sufficient staff at any given time. I also have been left unattended at the drive-thru for at least five minutes while the staff jabbered away the day.

The pharmacy team here single handedly saved our last night in Vegas. My partner left his medication at home, and was experiencing scary side effects from the withdrawals. His usual pharmacy (CVS) didn’t have ANY in stock within a 30 mile radius. Luckily, this store had 5 and after calling his usual pharmacy back home to verify the prescription, they were able to give him the medication he needs. I am forever grateful to this team, for their kindness and dedication to the job. Thanks so much Walgreens staff!!

This location totally sucks! They are extremely unorganized and take their time getting things done. I also found them to be condescending. Never using this pharmacy again. Went to Albertsons instead, very nice and professional!

My go to photo service! Plenty of parking, quick turnaround, and they actually find your order! My experience at other Walgreens has been my pictures take forever to be found. Miss filed.

I called the pharmacy this morning to check the cost of one of my prescriptions. I was placed on hold for 5 consecutive times. After the being on hold for 14 minutes and 45 seconds I advised the pharmacy representative that in the future it would be a great customer service practice to advise their customers if they are busy and advise to call back or at least give an ETA for a wait time instead of picking up the phone 5 times and automatically putting them back on hold.Note: This also happened last night when I checked the status of my prescriptions but only 3 times vs the 5 times today. Needless to say I will never fill my prescriptions here if this is a repeated behavior.

The pharmacy used to be prompt with my refills, always had time for any questions that I had. Great customer service. NOW, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Refills are never ready on time anymore! Totally under-staffed. I call the pharmacy the hold time is never what's stated and then they hang up on you. So very frustrating. I'm finding another pharmacy!

I waited on hold 20 mins twice today and each time I was only supposed to have one person ahead of me and they kept putting me on hold, would pick up and then hang up or put me back on hold and let the phone ring.This location should be ashamed of themselves. If another Walgreens can pick up the phone and fulfill your subscription within 20 mins and you can't be bothered to pick up your calls, then obviously a change of management is needed at YOUR location.I do not recommend this location even though it's close to me.

Definitely switching to CVS this Walgreens Pharmacy absolutely horrible. Been on hold for 30mins with the same 2 people ahead of me. Smh they never pick up, always messing up prescription orders and dates for pick ups. I'm convinced they screw around yesterday not one person in line inside yet have drive thru waiting over 30mins. Definitely reporting to Board.

They do not know what they are doing in the pharmacy at all. I’ve gone multiple times and there’s always an excuse why my meds aren’t ready even though I’ve talked to insurance and the dr office. I witnessed multiple people wait in lines for meds and not even leave with anything.

Literally the slowest pharmacy ever and somehow theyre never open when I come, not at 9am, not 2:30, and by 5 a clock you can wait in a 5 car line for hours and MAYYYBE get your meds if you have absolutely nothing to do for the rest of the day. 100% regret ever having my meds sent here and I'll be sure to never do it again.

This review is for the pharmacy:I would highly advise against coming here. Unexplainable prescription delays, very long lines, and unprofessional staff. I have been coming here for a while and unfortunately have to look for a new pharmacy.Long story short and the last straw:My prescription has been delayed for weeks. I understand this is not always the pharmacy's fault, but the pharmacy has a responsibility to their customers to treat them with basic respect.I went in to pickup a different prescription and asked when the other would be in stock. They said 11/30. That day came and went, no prescription and the automated answerer stating "we're working on it and it will be ready tomorrow." 10 days later and still nothing. Got through to someone on the phone today and immediately was put on hold.After several minutes the line transfers and the phone begins ringing for several more minutes before hanging up on me.If you are having similar issues, I encourage you to report it to the Nevada Board of Pharmacy.Per their site, they investigate pharmacies that have "failed to serve the public well and safely".
