Stopped in looking for a specific hair gel and deodorant. I couldn't find either here. The staff wasn't friendly AT ALL, but I don't expect much from people anymore. The same unfriendly lady from earlier ended up being my cashier. Great!!! She didn't speak. She just rung me up and I paid. I left and immediately turned back around to return the hair gel because I found out that Target across the street had the gel I was looking for. It was weird that she was friendlier when I made my return than she was when I was first in the store. Maybe she was having a bad day?? Don't know. I recommend going here if you need something quick. Target may be the best option though if you're looking for hair products like I was.

Worst service I have ever seen.Total incompetent people.I'm on hold forever it seems every time I call.They literally are 2 minutes away and I drive 20 minutes to another Walgreens e just to get my prescriptions filled.

Dont try calling their pharmacy all they ever do is put you on hold, then pick up the phone and put you on another hold SMH

At the pharmacy Rovic was so helpful and patient. I needed additional help processing a prescription for a long overseas trip and it required some extra time and he helped me get the best price and then he also helped me with some supplements that I needed as well. We need more people like this! Great job Rovic keep up the great work! You are a wonderful person

The pharmacy was outstanding today !! I believe her name is Jocelyn. She was very friendly and turned a $30 plus dollarPrescription into a $14 prescription via there App! I was very impressed and as a person normally against yet another App - she made everything very easy and was friendly while doing it ! She wowed me !! Great job today!!!

Went to pick up 1 of 3 prescriptions, as supposedly the other 2 weren’t ready. The girl went to get the prescription that was ready, came back with my second one and told me they did have it in stock. I paid 35.00 dollars because she said my insurance only paid 5 dollars towards it. Then shockingly today I get aWalgreens notice saying my prescription was ready for pick up and the cost was $20.00. The same one she charged me $35.00 for. They are also slow as molasses and aren’t very nice to customers. They act very inconvenienced when people want explanations on medicines.

SLOWEST pharmacy ever! The woman that I spoke with has an attitude and was completely disrespectful when answering my questions. My prescription was faxed by the doctors at 10am and at 1pm they "couldn't find" my prescriptions. After 20 minutes of "finding them" she said they just received the fax. They stated that it would be ready for pickup before they close but after arriving they said it was still not ready. I wasn't able to pick up my medication at all. Please don't pick this pharmacy to pick up your medication.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute worst Pharmacy to deal with in Vegas. Continually messing things up, completely incompetent staff. Make up bullshit answers to questions, everyone tells you something different. I was charged for scripts that were covered by my insurance, consistently not charged correctly for items, and just in general told different things by staff. When you try to call they also just hang up over and over so you have to drive back and still deal with their bs. Been having issues for months and am now going elsewhere.Worst place ever.

This pharmacy is the worst in Las Vegas. They are staffed by impatient & incompetent trash. Had a prescription refilled on a Friday, didn't get filled until the following Friday. Went in on that Tuesday, "still not ready" then again on Thursday, "still not ready". They are slow, don't care about anything. they get off on watching the line grow as they play with their butts behind the plex glass.Dont matter who 'helps', the manager hired all her immigrant non English speaking cousins to work back there with her. She loves the power and hates to refill your meds. She is the best at being The worst pharmacy manager in Nevada. It is the worst pharmacy in vegas hands down and this location is in the nice part of town but you'd think you were getting your meds in war torn Iraq. They should all be fired. Thank god I'm having all my meds sent to the one on cactus. The blue diamond and Decatur pharmacists remind me of tits on a bill... useless.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is terrible! I had scheduled my Covid booster and flu shot online. I showed up 15 minutes prior as requested. The line to check in for vaccines is closed. I had to stand in the line for medication. The guy in front of me was having his own terrible issues that required them to call other locations. I went to the consultation window at my scheduled time. The pharmacist didn't care. She told me to wait in the medicine line. I finally got to the window. The tech told me to fill out my paperwork in the app. My name was finally called. Guess who was administering the shot? The same lady that didn't care. So she gives me the Covid booster and says ok you're good to go. I said what about my flu shot? She said it was my responsibility to tell the tech even though I signed up online. Now I'm waiting for the flu shot from the same lady. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE!!!The store itself is clean. Hence the two stars.

This is one of the slowest pharmacies I have ever been to. Maricel gives attitude and will make you wait while she does nothing. The people behind the counter hate their jobs and want everyone else to suffer with them. They are condescending and it seems like they hate what they do. I also cannot understand her thick accent. They are slow and incompetent and expect to wait an hour for covid shots. I do not recommend coming here.
