Great store thanks to Michelle. She was very helpful and processed my pictures in less than 2 minutes. This store is immaculately clean and the entire staff is extremely courteous and professional. None more so than Michelle. This is officially my go-to drug store.

I would give them zero stars if I could. Called twice today, waited on hold and then was hung up on both times without speaking to someone in the pharmacy. I called a THIRD time. I finally spoke with a girl who said I had to speak to someone at the dispensing pharmacy. She connected me. The phone rang 20 times and then I was hung up on. I was trying to find out why I couldn't get my prescription filled when I only received a 30 day supply in March!!!!!! They hang up so you cant do their survey at the end of the cxall

First, you'll be on hold for almost 2 hours. Second, a commonly used and well known antibiotic (amoxicillin) wasn't even available. In fact they could not accurately tell me of any other Walgreens that would have it in stock. I needed this for my child during respiratory season. The staff seemed incompetent and lacked empathy of any kind.RESULT: I went to CVS which was great. AVOID WALGREENS AT ALL COSTS....

The Pharmacy is out of well-known Anti-Inflammatory, and called the Windmill location where the computer said it had some, but did not.

Customer service, none. Asked for something and employee said to me I Don't do I asked for her to check as she continued to tell me in middle of texting she didn't really know where to look. I certainly didn't!

I was an avid coupon shopper, I had 85,000 plus points. I went to Walgreens 08/07/20 and after making a purchase and joining my Walgreens at the suggestion of the cashier. The next day I had .37 cents in my rewards. I called Walgreens custmer service and spoke with Paul, who also said He can also see I lost 35000 pts for not using card for 6 month but Paul says that's a mistake because he can also see I shopped in December. Well the call got disconnected and I called right back and got an agent named Diana that said it looks like The agent gave me 25,000 pts and that's all that could be credited in a 24 hour period. Well as of now, I still have .37 cents in reward and no credit fir the missing 85000 pts or the 35000 that were taken prema

The lead pharmacist, Dave and his staff are the most efficient and reliable pharmacy team I have ever worked with at any Walgreens, CVS, Vons, Walmart Rite Aid etc. In all that time and all of the prescriptions myself or my family have purchased, each one has been in stock and ready well under an hour after receiving the prescription. I also wanted to compliment the pharmacy tech Eric, who for some reason is always or seemingly always is the person that assists me generallyi. He sees me in the drive through and has the prescriptions in hand and processing before I put the car in park! That is much appreciated as I have the patience of a gnat. Beth has also helped me on several occasions and is always incredibly quick and super consistent. Finally, I was a professional athlete (not a brag, just giving context) so I have an incredibly damaged body, brain, all self inflicted and chronic so I have many of my prescriptions that are not necessarily prescribed at high volume, or in stock like this team does every time, no exceptions. The fact that not only is the staff pleasant, efficient and seem to care, but Dave, or whoever is charge of ordering, is an impressive inventory manager. If you have had difficult experience with your pharmacy like unpleasant treatment from personality deficient staff, a pharmacist that is adverse to calling doctors/ insurance companies for approval/release or has frequent inventory challenges, I am confident that your experience will improve using this pharmacy.

The service is great. Lots of product. I was her for magnetic lashes and they had lots of selection. I have to give these guys props to because I ran out the door without my debit card on a Saturday and only realized it 6 days later. They are honorable snd took good care of it. Thank you safe for being great humans, something I love to see as I am Minnesotan! Hats off to you guys at Walgreens.

Pharmacy part of the store the staft are nice and helpful lines on the pick up window moves fast .. Try go go north on eastern no so easy do to the location.

I usually go to a different location but they didn't have what I needed and told me this location does. Once I called, Marcia answered and was very helpful from start to finish! She was able to look up what I needed and even save me some money, and I was able to get everything in a timely manner. Thank you Marcia, for all your help!

The girls that work here are a bunch of airheads. The counter lady is lacking in hygiene and her face is not friendly and is disturbing. One old lady doesn't even complete her sentence when talking to me and easily distracted by her other coworkers.
