We got our Covid-19 vaccines here last night. We had consecutive appointments for us (set up online, but stated under 12 was not available). So we checked in, signed our forms, inquired if they had the one for under 12, browsed and waited. So, we all were able to get our shots. KUDOs to the pharmacy department. Thank You to all of you!And we got coupons for getting the jab. The promo: buy something for $1.00, get a credit for $20.00, so we found candy for 1.29 each. Must have rewards card, use your telephone number. We did this 3x, separately. So we ended up with $60.03 credit immediately. The max payout is $50.00. We tried different combos but we ended up getting two squishmallows, six bags of candy, 2 for $8.00. KUDOs to the clerks at the front checkout counters, for all of their assistance!Spotted some cute squishmallows, in all different sizes, in so many cute forms, like Pokemon, including seasonal Halloween, a cute purple bat. Noticed that all of the vitamins were Bogo. Halloween was one aisle, two sides. Saw my specialty eye drops at 22.99 (my eye doc gave me a $5 off coupon); decided to get that later.Promotion

This Walgreens has always had the worst evening rush hour shift and I have been going here for all my life and it never fails that the pharmacy techs are thee worst in regards to customer service. it seems as though they never ever have competent techs who know what they are doing. When it comes down to customer service they have no clue how to treat a patient. in my opinion and from my experience I strongly suggest taking your prescriptions to the Walgreens on Sahara/ft Apache due to the horrible experience you will have with the pharmacy technicians that are too busy to do their job the right way. ONCE AGAIN I WOULD AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE CALLED IN MULTIPLE YIMES JUST TO BE HUNG UP ON AND TRANSFERED TO SURVEY BAD IDEA

Came here after work to grab a few beers, apparently they no longer take passports.. considering the fact that we are in Las Vegas I wonder how tourists are treated here. I'm wondering also about the legality of the scenario. I will be investigating. This is ridiculous. I shop here often and I feel like I was discriminated against for trying to use my legal passport.

They are the worst, god forbid if your dying your scripts will be ready for you after your funeral! They are horrible! I have Been waiting over three weeks to get my scripts filled!

Prescription Counter girl with long brown hair is rude. Says it's not fast food. Has a bad case of UMS. Ugly Mood Syndrome. I hope she feels better soon or finds a job she loves. We cancelled our prescription. Went to CVS. Welcoming & kind. Being angry and mean helps no one. Hope her day improves and that she realizes being ugly to people is a waste of life.

This Walgreens has excellent customer service in their pharmacy department, unlike the one on Tropicana and Fort Apache. I rather drive a lil more than go to the trop one.

Staff member Beni need more training. She disputed that youi cannot make a paybyme transaction with item purchases. I tried to help her and explain that the POS will give her a total to collect with my purchase if she would enter the amount I wanted to pay and follow the instructions on the POS. Not only did she tried to argue that her management team told them not to process it that way but she refused to just follow the instructions on her POS. After several minutes, she finally just entered the amount and was given a total to collect. There was no apology, even after I said thank you and appreciated it. She went to defend herself, told me she been with company for 5 years and never did it that way. Very condescending in her statement and was more upset. I would have a expected her to have taken accountability and been happy she learnt something new. Worse experience I've had at this location.

Walgreens has become the worst Pharmacy in the city because of the Pharmacy customer service. They make you wait on the phone 25- 40 minutes on the phone & in the drive- thru. & their excuse is they are lshort handed. The pharmacy help are totally rude and incompetent. The blame lands on the pharmacist, if he cannot train & control his help he should be replaced. Hopefully the corporate will wake up & get control before they lose all the customers to smaller independent pharmacies. Walgreens used to be great but now they are at the bottom.

I'm giving this Walgreens 5 stars because unlike the Fort Apache one when I called they answered their phone as they should. The man who picked up was quick with my refill and yes I had my doctor transfer from the other Walgreens! Anyone who wants to get medicine at a 24/7 one this is the one to go to.

Scheduled a time to pick up my prescription, sat in line for 30min and get to the front to find out they had not even called in the transfer yet. Later that day I get an email from their team saying to give them a call to update my insurance info. I call, and the person over the phone smugly says that they don't take that info over the phone.I am not sure if the team here is lazy or incompetent, regardless I will not be using them ever again and I encourage anyone who reads this to seek services elsewhere.

I made an online appointment for my vaccine but they had me waiting for 35 minutes. The people after me got their shots first. If I didn't tell them I had an appointment 30 minutes before they wouldn't have done anything. Very disorganized! The same thing happened to my husband a few months ago. At least he had the patience to wait and I didn't.

The Pharmacy is the worst! They keep patients on hold all day and they aren't doing anything! I've been on hold for almost 20 min and they just answer and put me back on hold.

2 months in a row, my estradiol has not been filled! How hard is this? You give me 30 day supply, & I'm out & it doesn't show that I have anything waiting to be filled ! I I'm really getting tired of the way I'm being treated trying to get my meds from your techs! Think I would get better service at CVS!!
