Vaccinations complete. Made reservations online, completed my yearly vaccinations for covid and flu. Give yourself some time when coming for vaccinations, at least 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.

Pharmacist J. Weir was incredibly helpful and efficient during my Covid testing appointment. Jayson and the techs were friendly and gave great service when I wasn’t feeling my best. Thank you.

Not sure why they can’t staff this location appropriately. My average wait over the last few years has been 20-30 minutes, even when my prescription is ready.

Im not saying this to be rude but this is one of the worst pharmacies of all time. They’re way too busy to handle medications I have stuff bounce back more often than not. They operate like a bad McDonald’s franchise but instead of handling McDoubles they’re handling life saving medications. They don’t really seem to understand the gravity of the situation when you need your medications and something is messed up on their end and you can’t get it. I don’t even really leave reviews but seriously if you’re considering going to this pharmacy go literally anywhere else. Again I’m not trying to be rude but it’s not okay how poorly they operate because what they do is essential and important.

Really horrible can’t even get on the phone with anyone just I’ll be right with you then boom waiting music again and again over and over worst place ever bring in better crew I don’t see how this place has a 2.8 star

Tay is amazing! She is friendly, kind and understanding, her willingness to assist is a breath of fresh air in the world we live in. Service is a dying industry and people like Tay make me believe that there are still those out there that know what true service is!

Always have extremely long wait times. Doesn't matter if you go into the store or try using the drive thru. I've seen 6 people working in the pharmacy but for some reason they can never work fast to get people in and out. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Currently waiting in drive thru line for 40 mins now completely ridiculous!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!!!! I have multiple incidences with this pharmacy and had very bad service from them.The very first time I went to them for my prescriptions they made me pay full price and I asked them if they had entered it through my insurance. They said they did but when I checked they did not. Spoke with their manager and was ready to refund me but asked me to come to the pharmacy to get my refund within 1 week only. Like I am not doing something else. It shouldn't be like that to begin with.The second was they they told me a specific time and date my medications should be ready for pick up. So, I was hopinf everythyng should be ready the time and date they said it should be. When I called them 7 hours later than the time and date I was given, to follow up with the medication, I was told that they only received the prescription 30 minutes ago, when in fact I already spoke with somebody 2 days ago about the same prescription. In short, nothing was prepared and they are asking me to wait 90 more minutes to prepare it. That's well and good if my meds are really ready the moment you come to their pharmacy the time they told you it should be ready, but every time I come there on the time they told me the medication shiuld be ready, they always say it's still being processed and make you wait 2 hours in line.SERVICE IS THE WORST!Not only do they not correct the problem, but they all say different things everytime!! And if you're LUCKY!, you will get a very rude technician.I am never going back here!!YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Made appointment to get the Vaccine and still had to wait over 30mins. This has to be the worst run pharmacy in Las Vegas. Always a terrible experience and always short staffed.

Amber young lady at the cash register at the pharmacy is very attentive and helpful, I feel the staff need more help than just one cashier at least at the pharmacy.

Walgreens have no sense of urgency. Needed prescription asap and told them I was going to pay out of pocket because my insurance is taking too long. They said they would have it ready by the next morning. I go to the internet to pick it up and they're saying they're still waiting on my insurance to approve when I told them I was PAYING OUT OF POCKET WITHOUT THE INSURANCE. It's ridiculous that they have no associates let alone MANAGERS to make sure shit is done. CHANGE YOUR PHARMACY. Don't waste your time on walgreens. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

0830 waited on the line for almost 40 minutes at the Pharmacy, three customers are ahead of me, one of them approached the Pharmacist asking if anyone is able to help us, because she will be late for work. She was told we just have to wait, no one is helping anyone, no cashiers either. A little bit of compassion and explanation would be appreciated. Good location but terrible service?!!!
