This place is slower than molasses in January! They loose your scripts after they've filled them. Expect to spend a lot of time there. We are switching to Walmart.

I am at a loss for words for how dumbfounded the pharmacists at this location are. Terrible customer service. I had to transfer my prescriptions from cvs (which should be a 2 day process max) I call them & cvs a week later and found out they never contacted cvs ever about the prescriptions cvs said they put them on hold and nobody ever reached out. After calling Walgreens they assured me they would contact them and call me as soon as they do, a week later still no call. So I call them again and cvs as well asking if Walgreens ever contacted them. Again, no. So I call my doctors and just have them re send my prescription to walgreens instead since they were having troubles. I go to pick them up finally and they say we're having problems with running my insurance so they had my call my insurance. I called them and they sorted everything out so I came back the next day to pick them. They told me I have to wait a couple days for the system to upload. A couple days later I call them to ask if everything sorted out they confirmed and told me everything's good with my insurance so I go to pick them up and they told me it's going to take a while asking if I could come back after their lunch break. I leave and come back after 2 this time going thru the drive thru. They ask for my insurance cards and walk away for half an hour then comes back and says it's not running my insurance correctly and ask me to come inside. I told I have my dog in my car can we just do it through the drive thru. They said it's too complicated to do in the drive thru and they'll make it quick, so I go inside and re wait in the line for 45minutes. Once it's my turn the lady comes back up to me and says it's not working I'll have to call my insurance. I told her I already called my insurance last week and I called walgreens before I made the trip and the man confirmed my insurance is working fine. She says well it's not working. Miss lady why the hell would you guys tell me to pick them up and that everything insurance wise is perfectly fine then tell me it's not working once I get there. And then make me come inside to wait another 45 minutes to tell me the same thing she told me in the drive thru. This location does nothing but waste your time. Ignorant workers. Lacking communication skills. Terrible customer service. Worst pharmacy in vegas for sure. Never coming to this location again. hope the owners find some good workers before this place gets put out of business.

Some of the pharmacy staff is rude on the phone. There is a gentleman, i dont know his name but he has Asian accent and constantly interrupts me when I'm speaking with him on the phone. I had to have a 20min conversation with him the other day which should've taken 2mins. He didn't listen to what I told him and even argued with me a bit and had an attitude of "I know what I'm talking about and you don't". At the end of the interaction, what I asked him for help with actually worked despite his contrary behavior. The drive-thru pharmacy is consistently backed-up whenever I visit. This time the wait was a half hour with one person at the window most of that time. Helping the same person for 20÷ minutes should warrant a request for them to just go into the store instead of holding up the line! I've waited upwards of an hour at this drive-thru, it's ridiculous.

My local pharmacy choice among dozens. Primarily because of the head pharmacist Ram. During the height of Covid Ram hung in there and without fanfare did his job effectively and professionally and thanklessly. He walked me through my first shot, providing advise in a calm, factual and reassuring manner.Notably, he did the same thing for my then 10 year old daughter.The rest of the store staff is very friendly and professional and competent.

Wait time was lengthy, customer service from the first associate was horrible, customer service from the tech was unprofessional. The tonality used was aggressive, rude, disrespectful and unnecessary. Our experience felt dumbed down as if we were stupid. There was lack of customer service, courtesy, consideration and kindness at the drive thru pharmacy. Highly disappointed

They are the absolute slowest pharmacy in the city hands down. If you need anything filled go someplace else!You order and wait and wait and wait some more... when you get home oh they forgot to fill one of the meds... lucky me gets to go back and wait!! Terrible service

Very amazing friendly service my technician was cooperative and friendly her name was Darlene she managed to get my prescriptions without a problem I recommend this Walgreens

The worst. Ordered a refill a week ago. It's now 7 days later and they still don't have it. Clerk had no idea when they'll get it. The pharmacy seems to always have 6 or 7 people waiting in line. I've waited up to 20 minutes without making it to the counter before leaving.

This pharmacy is the best. Wonderful staff!!! Heidi is always very helpful! We get all our vaccinations and medicines here.

My experience at this Walgreens was and always is bad! My family and I always go to this Walgreens. The employe that always gives attitude her name is "Catherine" she always thinks that We are going to steal and she always has attitude. You Guys need some new and improved employees!!!

Catherine the employee is the rudest person i have ever met. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Every time I go to Walgreens, I constantly get rude attitude from her. She sometimes follows me throughout the store like if I'm gonna steal or something. Which i have never done, like girl i have money calm down. No matter how nice i am ( because i have class unlike her) She always gives me a bad tone. My family and i always go to this Walgreens and never have a problem with anyone BUT HER . I don't know what her deal is with me but she needs to either get fired or change her attitude.
